- RRryanSep 12, 20261.0They did a fair job mounting and balancing my personally supplied tires. Highly over priced, i payed $500 for mounting my own personal tires and 4 wheel alignment, insane price if you have any knowledge regarding these services. DO NOT trust them to align your vehicle, Very shady process!!! I personally installed all new High Quality suspension parts on my vehicle, it shouldve been a breeze dealing with these guys but NO, I never received an Alignment Spec sheet when I asked and i had to bring my vehicle back twice because the alignment was so Crappy. Ive wasted enough gas and enough time trying to give these guys a chance and after 2 times my vehicle is STILL out of alignment, Absolute Bull Sh!t, Save your money. I can highly recommend “TIRE KING” in Seaford, DE, They are honest folk that will give you the Full run down on your vehicle and make sure it actually Drives Straight! Do not conduct business with Gilberts Tire. SAVE YOUR $$
- BTBeckyLynn TrueAug 3, 20265.0We have a big 5th wheel camper. Gilbert's took care of us right away, treated us with a professional, caring, and fair manner! Great service. Thank you!
- JHJune HansonJul 20, 20265.0Service beyond great. I went to big name shop for a tire repair, was told they could look at it in 3 days, with an appointment. Only had a flat that needed serviced. Went right over to Gilbert's, got in immediately and was out in less than 30 minutes. Can't recommend enough for the great service, fast time and absolute fair pricing. Shop small and local.
- RRRick RockJun 10, 20265.0needed some minor work on my trailer. the staff was very accommodating very courteous and very professional and I couldn't be happier with the work and fair pricing.
- BTBarb ThelenJun 3, 20265.0Gilbert is the best local find! They are professional, reasonably priced, and I feel safe after they've done work for me. I've returned to them several times for vehicle tires, RV camper service, tires for my horse trailer. I highly recommend them! I can't let my boyfriend loose in their store, he always finds something to buy.
