  I’ll be honest, I was not a fan of Valvoline for multiple reasons, but I decided to give them another try. Deonte at the Middletown location completely changed my opinion. He took care of me from start to finish and I have to say, I’ll definitely be back because of him. I guess it really comes down to the people at each location. I’ve had bad experiences at other Valvolines before, but this Middletown location went above and beyond. Deonte made the whole process smooth, easy, and professional. Yes, they do recommend additional services, but you can always say no. What I really appreciated was that Deonte was honest with me about what I actually needed now and what could wait. Because of that, I’ll happily come back next time for the other recommended services. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was still much, much faster than going to a regular car shop. Great experience overall, and big thanks to Deonte for making it that way.

  I was next to a black suv type of vehicle. There was a girl on the middle bay that was trying to clean up oil that spilled and was asking people for help. when her and the person downstairs were talking, a man in a black collared shirt with dreads and a beard wearing rolled up pants started screaming and proceeded to then tell her to go home. this is very unprofessional on his part. i would’ve handled it differently and spoken to them off the floor.

  Stopped here after TPMS sensor light came on. All the employees here were very accomodating and helpful. They did a quick and thorough inspection and discovered a nail in the tire. Was able to make an appointment to get the tire repaired at another local tire service center. The assistant manager Aaron made the stressful situation more manageable. Thanks team!

  Don’t know what they are doing. Brought my 98 truck to them and the drain plug was leaking because of the gasket that has to be replaced every time you do the oil and they didn’t want to take it out , then tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Also if you had a jeep renegade don’t take it there , they can’t do them because of the oil filter. I will never go there again.

  they were all very welcoming, quick at doing the oil change, and were able to replace my cabin and air filter as well in a timely manner. They didn't try to oversell anything like most places do. They were also able to provide me with coupons for the air filter for my car.
