They offered extra services, but there was no pressure to do them. I did add the gas additive and my car immediately ran much smoother. I was impressed with that. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will definitely go here from now on for my oil changes! It was actually a fun experience.

They were welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and treated me with genuine respect from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was their integrity. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into unnecessary services, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another car in line. The teamwork, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. Valvoline should be incredibly proud to have employees like the manager and Amanda representing the company. They set the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like. Because of them, you've gained a loyal customer, and I'll be recommending this Middletown location to everyone I know.

I told them that I was on a budget and asked if someone could give me an itemized listing of what they suggested needed to be done. Without hesitation, they provided me with that list, and suggested dates for completion. I live in Newark but have my service done at your Middletown station. You should offer an Employee (Team) rewards program, because they (as a team) deserve it. 100% Satisfaction😊
