  I scheduled and appointment for 11:30am and when I arrived, I was told that I had two cars in front of me. I wasn't pleased, because I was thinking, why did I make an appointment? I was surprised when one of the employees called my name about 15 minutes later to let me know what the problem was with my tire. After explaining my options, I had to buy a new tire. It didn't take very long for them to finish the work. I think I was there for about and hour or so. I have used Mr. Tire before and both times I have been very pleased. From what I thought would be a long wait, to having the repairs done, ended up being fairly quick. Thanks for getting the work done, since I had to wait. I would recommend them for vehicle service.

  My not so pleasant experience started with a sister company in Hampton, VA, TireChoice. TireChoice didn’t refill the oil during an oil change and certainly didn’t balance the tires as I paid for. The parent company, Monro, sent me to Mr. Tire in Middletown, DE to near where I live, to check the balance. Appointment was made for 10:00 AM, vehicle was taken into the garage until 12:00. I was told by the tech all is good after he balanced the tires. Said he got it up to 70 MPH on the test drive. I left the shop and took Route 1 home, it shook worse than when I took it in. I took my vehicle to an independent tire store where they let me observe them checking the balance, all four tires were out of balance. Each required to be rebalanced. My van now feels as though it’s gliding across the road. The independent store discovered one wheel wasn’t true and added additional weight to compensate for this. Neither Monro store discovered this, so they aren’t t doing their job properly. I will never patronize another establishment associated with Monro and highly suggest that others seek service elsewhere.

  we were traveling on route 1 in DE, hit a pothole and burst a run flat tire. we were an hour + from our home and 2 hours from where we we were going. since we had run flats, our car had no spare. we were stuck with no way to continue and too far to drive home on run flats. we called multiple tire stores without success before finding Mr Tire in Middletown. they didnt have the run flat tires we needed but did have the same size in a regular tire. we needed to replace 2 tires so they would match and allow us to drive safely. Raymond and his team took care of us promply and professionally and we were on our way to our destination. thanks to the entire team for their assistance as they provided us with the ability to continue and enjoy our trip.

  Great service e, very clean , and pro staffing. Especially Raymond. What a wonderful guy. Explained everything in detail. And service was fast.

  Raymond got me in super quick and was very helpful in the process of me getting my brakes done. Definitely coming back
