  I went in for a repair and patch for one of my tires for my SUV. The staff was efficient, professional, and polite. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it within 15 minutes. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and because it was an easy fix, they didn’t even charge me for the patch repair. I definitely appreciated their honesty and demeanor and will be back in the future!

  After the TPMS sensor coming on and discovering a nail in my tire on the way to PA, I called Mavis and spoke to Chase. They were able to get the car back in working order in just a few minutes. Great customer service!

  Chase Ford was quick and accurate on the follow up on my back tire with a screw or nail in it. The garage attendant pulled out so.e sort of screw and patched it in less than 20 minutes from puing in to pulling put of the garage. Kudos to both the front desk and back shop for quick and FREE service!! Highly recommend their shop - professional and quick!! Thanks!!

  Very quick and friendly service here. I had a full set put on my F-150 and they got it done right much quicker than I'm used to and it rides super nice now. Came back today to have a tire put on a wheel I bought for a spare for another vehicle and they got me in and out quickly and even were able to get me a better tire at a slightly lower price. I highly recommend Mavis if you need tires for your vehicle in the MOT area. Chase Ford helped me both times and he and the other employees who talked to me and other customers were patient and helpful.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Mavis in Middletown, DE. I made my appointment online for four new Goodyear tires, wheel alignment, and wheel balancing, only to be told when I arrived that the online prices were not accurate and the tires would cost more. That already felt deceptive. Then, after they had already started working on my car, I was told I had ordered the “wrong tires.” That makes no sense because their website asks for the year, make, and model of the vehicle when placing the order. I was then told they didn’t have the Goodyear tires in my size and that the alternatives would cost more. Conveniently, the only options they seemed to have were the more expensive ones. When I asked about Mavis tires and the difference between those and Goodyear, I got conflicting answers from staff. One person said the only difference was the name. Another said there was no difference at all. But when I asked about the warranty, the assistant manager said Mavis tires are covered for 60,000 miles while Goodyear tires are covered for 65,000 miles. So yes, there is a difference. Don’t mislead customers. What pushed this experience from bad to completely unacceptable was what I saw in the parking lot: two mechanics sitting in a car smoking weed while my car was being serviced. I immediately went inside and told staff that I did not want those employees working on my vehicle. I was brushed off and told they were “on break.” I do not care if they were on break. I do care that people responsible for customer safety appeared to be under the influence while on the property and around vehicles. Before leaving, I checked my tire pressure, and clearly it had not been set correctly. The PSI readings were 38, 39, 37, and 36, even though my 2025 Nissan Rogue should be at 33 front / 30 rear. I drive over 150 miles a day, so this is not a minor issue. It is a serious safety concern. This location gave me misleading pricing, inconsistent information, poor service, and left me questioning whether my car was handled safely at all. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle.
