  I give the Mavis managers and techs in Middletown, DE my full endorsement.I had a flat tire around noon on August 24th at a retail center and after the roadside service placed my spare on the car, I called Mavis and they said bring the car over for repair. The manager (Brandon) took my damaged tire out of my SUV, quickly located the nail hole and began to repair the tire by plugging it. When the techs placed my repaired tire on the car they realized my caliber cover plate (Jaguar) was missing and pointed out the damage to my spare rim that had occured from the roadside company changing and placing the spare on my car without removing the caliber cover plate first. I was able to retrieve the caliber cover plate down the road from Mavis and I am in the claims process with my insurance company to have all the damage repaired. I'm sharing this story with you so you can understand that the Mavis team went above and beyond the level of service I have ever received in over 50 years of car ownership and tire repairs. They did everything at no charge. I will always recommend this Mavis team to anyone. Mike D.

  I went in with a nail in my tire. Prepared for the worst. The garage I use for my maintenance claimed I needed new tires Chris took the time to speak with me Examined my tires and expressed his displeasure in mechanics that try to get customers to make a purchase when it's not necessary. Told me to return this winter and he would take another look. When I do need tires I'm buying them from this Mavis Shop because of their honesty. Thank you

  I can’t recommend this location and staff enough! We came in off the highway on our way in from out of town with a broken windshield wiper in a rainstorm. From our first chat with George and in the shop with the manager and other techs, we got the help and advice we needed and back on the road in record time. We can’t thank them enough for their help, time and attention, and would 10/10 recommend going to them in future!

  Called up last minute and spoke with George about getting a tire swapped on gloss black wheel with small sidewall tire. I was concerned about possibly scratching the wheel and he said bring it over we’ll take care of it. 10 mins after arriving it was done with not a single mark on the wheel. Very happy! Thanks again!

  Took my tire with a nail in the tread in to Mavis in Middletown Delaware about 4:40 expecting to leave it and pick it back up the next day. Within 25 minutes they had the nail puncture corrected the tire mounted and the spare back underneath. The best part tire plugs didn’t cost a thing!! They were professional and they work hard to take care of their customers. I will use them forever!!
