  This Enterprise location is a complete mess. Nobody answers the phone, and when you finally get someone, they act like answering basic questions is a major inconvenience. They won’t tell you what vehicles are available, won’t clearly explain what you’re signing, and the whole process feels shady and disorganized. The cars are disgusting. The ones I dealt with smelled absolutely terrible, like they just jammed a industrial gallon of concentrate into the vents and floors to clean them and even check them before handing over the keys. For a rental company, that is embarrassing. Pickup is another joke. They are never available when they say they are, and if you have no choice but to go in person, don’t expect much. You walk in and there’s barely anyone there except one or two overwhelmed employees sitting around clicking on a computer like the whole operation is frozen in place. The customer service is nonexistent. No communication, no urgency, no clear answers, no vehicles, and no respect for people’s time. This place runs like they forgot customers are the reason they have a business. Avoid it unless every other option on earth is closed.

  Third time and last time renting. Always hazy, smudged windows all around . This last rental..*sneeze snot* on dash, rear view mirror and driver side windshield. Perhaps you could do a lot better with interior presentation and not need health inspectors to do cultures! ECK ! 🧫🤧😷🤢

  I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice young man “ Devin” who checked me in . On the nice pickup truck I rented . In our brief convo he is also a DSU alumni like my daughter.😉 Will be back again
