  The check engine light came on in my car and I called Mr. tire to see if they could take a look at it. They said that it would be no problem. So I drove up there and let them run a diagnostics after looking at the diagnostics, they said that it was an O2 sensor. I asked them how much it would be to have that fixed and they said $960. I told him I couldn’t afford to pay that. They asked me what I could afford to pay. I said $550 and they said that would be fine. After putting in the O2 sensor, the check engine light was still on and they said that there is something else wrong with it. So I ended up paying $550 for an O2 sensor I’m not sure it was bad and my car is still showing the exact same warnings on the dashboard. So I got screwed for $550. I’m reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and to a small claims court here in Delaware to get my money back.

  First they charged me for the tire insurance and never asked me. They also said it would take 1.5 hours so I waited…took 3.5. Only had 2 of the 4 tires and promised me a call the next day when the other two came in. I had to call them in the afternoon for them to tell me they would check and call me back…never got a call. Called them again to find out the tires never came in. When I went in on Monday they told me the tires were there on Friday. For $1700.00 ( a ridiculous price) u think they could at least call.

  Went in on a Sunday morning because my tire pressure sensor came last night and I'm facing a 500-mile drive tomorrow. They were packed with appointments but managed to fit me in with just a small wait. So grateful that they were open on a Sunday and took me quickly. Others walked in as well with the same problem and they didn't turn anyone away.

  Customer service great. Staff very friendly however service was not good. I had 8am appt for oil change and tire rotation. They didnt take car in until 8:45. At 9:30 they asked me for the lock to unlock tires. They couldnt find it.i didnt know where it was so i forwent the tire rotation. They brought the car out to me at 10am so it took a total of Two hours to do an oil change. This was a rescheduled appt. Orig appt was the week before at 10am. They called me at 9:20 to say they were too backed up and had to reschedule me.

  I really wanted to leave a better review but unfortunately the past couple of times I have gone here were not great. My first time coming I worked with Heather and had a great experience, good price, fast service and great customer service. Second time, I had found out they missed letting me know that my rear breaks needed replacing as well which I had to find out on my own later (no biggie but a little frustrating I wasn’t told) third time is what did it for me. I set up an appointment to get my tires changed and when I got there I was asked by a gentlemen (unfortunately can’t remember his name but older gentleman) was very stern and not super nice towards me. He asked if I was going to stay and wait or leave and come back, I asked how long it would be and he said about two and a half hours, I said I’ll go and come back then. He then stated that it would take a lot longer if I left and came back which made no sense to me because I had an appointment pre scheduled. I left and came back anyways, I called because it was getting close to their closing hours and the same man over the phone told me that it would be ready within the next 10 minutes and he would give me a call (this was about 04:30) 04:50 rolled around and still no phone call so I decided to go there. Same guy told me that it wouldn’t be ready tonight…okay, so why lie to me on the phone? He asked if it would be okay if I picked it up tomorrow morning? I said, well, I guess it’ll have to be okay. I picked it up later the next day because I had to go to work in the AM and didn’t have time to pick it up in the morning. When I came to pick it up the next day in the afternoon, the same guy gave me a snarky remark about “oh I thought you were going to pick it up in the morning?!” Overall, horrible experience with that gentleman and the last time I went overall. Unfortunately, lost my business because the first time I went was awesome but the last time was horrendous and I felt like a burden to them. Unfortunate.
