  This shop is great. Heather at the front desk is awesome. For some reason m, corporate now makes you go through a call center to get to the local shop. Why did corporate do this? Such a waste of time. Just talk to the shop directly. They will take care of you!

  I had an amazing experience at Mr. Tire. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Heather and the alignment technician. I had alignment service and suspension for my new tires within the hour. It was quick and I was able to drive right away. I'll plan to come back and have alerted others about this place. Thank you for your help again.

  If the day I got the tire put on my car was like the day I ordered the tire this would be a 5 star and much different review. I want to explain what happened and how things came to a very unpleasant experience. This is also the first tire in all the years of getting tires put on my car that there is plastic sticking out where the tire touches the rim that I can’t get out so I had to cut it back as much as I could. I don’t expect anything from anyone but I also shouldn’t have to be treated like an idiot when I go buy a new tire.

  Nobody more friendly than Heather and Ed. I had an appointment to have a slow leak nail removed and the tire repaired. At first I was a little shocked at the price, but then Heather politely clarified they removed the tire and patched from the inside, stating “they don’t plug, they patch.” At that point, I totally understood the charge. I highly recommend getting an appointment for any service. Five Stars!

  DO NOT GO HERE. This location is the WORST. They did my brakes in September, drove home to PA bad bad burning smell. I took the car to my local Mr. Tire they said the mechanic left the caliper hanging out? They had to fix. No one cared at the DE shop when I called, so I called corporate and had an extremely hard time getting any type of response and the customer service rep was awful. Fast forward 5 months my “new” break pads were metal on metal! I needed new rotors and pads! My mechanic said there was no way they should have went so fast. I took it back to a not so local Mr. Tire ( the closest Mr. Tire location told me they “do not fix other shops mistakes). The not so local Mr. tire told me “the break pads were crap” and “must have bad mechanics because this one didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t care”. I plan to follow up with corporate again, which I’m sure will be a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go here
