  Needed an emergency tire repair, which ended up needing an entire tire replacement. They close at 7, I had an appointment for 6:30. I explained my situation and got there around 5:45. They got my car in and replaced all 4 tires in 45 mins, and got us back on our road trip. Heather I believe her name is, helped us out at the front desk and was extremely kind. All right before close. Can't recommend these guys enough.

  I was in on Thursday July 2nd for a flat tire in my husband’s Volvo. Both of the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I mostly dealt with the woman at front desk. She should be recognized for the amazing service she provided. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. I also appreciate how hard the techs were working on a hot day during a heat wave. I will be back there for service and highly recommend going there.

  I had a flat tire on the Thursday before the start of the July 4 weekend. I arrived after 6 PM and not only was I able to get a new tire, I was asked if I wanted an oil change too. “You can do that?” was my excited response. I had planned to have that service done at the dealer when I returned from the beach, which would not have been tax free. I was impressed with the way the Heather greeted me and the service provided.

  I told them my TPMS sensors were bad in all 4 wheels, they said they will check them, however they did not. I bought 4 Perilli tires and the TPMS indicator on the dash was on for all 4 wheels, next thing I know my truck was ready and no TPMS check, secondly there was a $100 factory rebate on the tires, I had to go back to them to get the form to fill out. Now I will be going to a dealer to get my tires broken down to replace my sensors that they should have checked before mounting the tires. To add insult to injury the guy behind the desk said to me that there was no notation on the work order for a TPMS check, that fired me up so I said to him it states a check printed in your add and on my reciept. So the bottom line is I will need to spend more money to replace my TPMS sensors because I refuse to go back there. What a way to run a business. P.S this all happened at their Lewes Delaware location.

  I had a disappointing experience at MR. Tire. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and extremely slow throughout the process. Communication was poor from the beginning they misspelled my name, had difficulty understanding basic information, and provided inconsistent information regarding the repair timeline. I came in with only one flat tire and was shocked by the final charge of $241 for used Goodyear tires. The pricing felt excessive for the service provided, and I was not given a clear explanation for the costs. The overall attitude from the front desk staff came across as arrogant and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. The one bright spot of my experience was Dream, the technician who worked on my vehicle. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and treated us with respect. Despite being told by the front desk that the repair could take an additional day, Dream completed the work quickly and got us safely back on the road. His customer service and work ethic were outstanding. If it weren’t for Dream’s professionalism and dedication, I would have left with a completely negative impression of this location. He deserves recognition for the excellent job he did. Unfortunately, the poor customer service at the front desk significantly overshadowed the experience.
