I still highly recommend My appointment was 12 to 5 pm. At 4 pm, no one showed up or called to do a 3 hour job. Called headquarters and the tech finally reached out at 419p and said it would be another 1.5 hours. I rescheduled on line.

- NDNimai DasaJul 29, 20261.0First appointment they got the date wrong. Second appointment they ordered the wrong glass. Third appointment they cancelled last minute because the glass wasn’t packaged properly and arrived damaged. Fourth appointment they installed glass with the wrong tint and hoped I wouldn’t notice. It’s hard to see in the picture due to glare but the back few inches is supposed to be blacked out to hide the metal behind the glass. I’m disputing the charge with my cc company.
