- MKMarian Kort3 days ago2.0The sunroof on my jeep renegade would not close so I took it to the shop. They had my jeep for 3 days and they said they couldn't get it to shut and it would cost over 9 thousand dollars to replace with parts and labor. I asked them if they could just manually close it since it was already broke. They said no there was something stuck and it wouldn't move. Long story short, I brought it home, greased up the track and 2 women were able to close it. They did only charge me for a half hour of labor so my guess is they really didn't try ever hard to solve my problem.
