  Bobby was great located in Dover Delaware , positive attitude. Told me what was recommended for Vehicle went above and beyond to make sure that they had the products I needed. Very friendly Great personality.

  I have been bringing 5+ vehicles there for regular oil changes and other services for several years. When in line, we have always had to wait our turn, no matter if the other lane was moving faster. On my last and final visit; because I will never use your services again; I was instructed to move out of line and allow someone else to go before me. Though I see the point in it, that has never happened for me. You never made someone move out of line so I could go next because I was there first. So again, I will not give my money to a company that does not offer me the same courtesy as they offer "other" guests.

  The service team demonstrated professionalism, respect, and efficiency throughout the entire process. I would like to acknowledge the outstanding work of Matthew (CSR), Romaro and Austin (Topside), and Damion and Anthony (Bottomside). Their teamwork and customer service were excellent.

  I'm happy to have discovered Valvoline. It's great for everyone and especially since you can drive in and stay in your vehicle while you get an oil change or whatever you need. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and it has become my go to place and I recommend it to friends and family.

  After my visit on April 20 my truck was running fine until today April 26 I had to pull over because my truck wouldn’t move, I got out to check my oil and transmission fluid and I have no transmission fluid in my truck even though I watched them check it during my visit I’m not understanding if they checked it how 6 days later with limited driving is it that I have no transmission fluid. Any other time so have gotten an oil change they check my transmission fluid and would let me know if it’s low they did nothing
