  No one answers the phone. I've called there multiple times over the last couple days and even left a message but no answer and no call back. I'm just trying to get a refund on the subscription I had to cancel and I never got to utilize the wash. I only just purchased the subscription a few days ago but decided to cancel it as I didn't feel I'd get to the wash enough to make it worth the $40/mo. And then because of the weather I haven't made it over before canceling so I would just like a refund please

  I had a solid experience at Tommy's Express Car Wash! There was zero wait time when I arrived, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful—they scanned my code quickly and provided clear directions on guiding my vehicle onto the track and switching to neutral. The wash itself did a fantastic job. The floor mat cleaners were also perfect and made quick work of my mats. On the detail plaza side, it's a bit more average. The vacuum suction power was just okay—good enough for light dust, but not quite strong enough for a deep clean. Additionally, they don't provide complimentary drying towels or compressed air detail guns. Overall, it’s a quick, convenient, and high-quality exterior wash, though the interior detail amenities could use a slight upgrade!

  The wash was very good. I did have more water than usual still on the vehicle though. Don’t know whether the blower was not working fully or not. I have not had that issue previously.

  Excellent car wash! The quality of the wash is always top-notch—my car comes out spotless every time. You can tell they really take pride in their work. On top of that, the owner is an honest, decent person who truly cares about customers. It’s rare to find both great service and great character in one place. Highly recommended!

  This place was great when it opened but the price has gone up and the quality has gone down a lot. The tunnel is so fast it never rinses all the soap off and the vacuums aren’t strong enough to suck anything up. I used to love this place and had the membership now it’s not worth my money.
