  The bill for prepayment listed expensive items that were not going to be replaced . Rain proof windshield and special wipers. I was getting a rear side door window replaced . Tech left glass still on seat and floor after done vacuuming . Black hand prints all over white door . Window would not work when I asked but he said he’d had it going up and down. I called store manager to see what we were going to do about it not working and he was snarky and condescending . After watching YouTube videos I finally figured it out myself . I was upset I had paid for a job first before work was preformed . I will never use the Dover location again. Horribly unprofessional all the way around. The Georgetown one went to years ago was great.

  Safelite was timely and professional. My initial call was for a repair. The technician was very clear that the crack would require a full windshield replacement. He then gave me a price for the repair and made the suggestion to call my insurance. I would never have thought of this. And what do you know? The price was over $400 out of pocket. With insurance it only cost me $100. Safelite took the initiative to set up the follow up appointment at my convenience and reminded me of the upcoming visit. I love that they had a function to add the visit to my google calendar as well. When the final appointment came, they were almost done the install by the time I came downstairs to say hello. I'm more than impressed with Safelite! The TV commercials are right on it!

  Customer service reception team was lacking in making you feel like a valued customer. No explanation in the service provided and its warranty. Just handled a laminated paper and told to read it. This paper was really nothing more then what possible results that could come of the service process utilized .

  The windshield on my 24 SUV was shattered after hitting a large bird. The customer service rep got me an appointment extremely quick and was very pleasant to deal with. On the day of service, all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, even recommending a restaurant where I could go have lunch while I waited. What really convinced me that they were detail oriented and customer driven was the fact that they took my next oil change sticker off the old windshield and put it on the new one. That’s what I call service. The whole experience was incredibly easy and the new windshield safety features were professionally calibrated and looks great. I highly recommend them if you ever need a windshield replacement!

  Safelite recently serviced our windshield replacement at our home. We were driving down the highway, a rock hit the windshield when a truck went by, and a small starburst one day turned into an extended line up and down the windshield the next day during the heatwave. Our State Farm claims department agent contacted Safelite per our request, I was texted throughout the entire process, the technician arrived on time, he was professional, friendly, accommodating, & thorough. Our new windshield looks amazing! I highly recommend both State Farm & Safelite because the entire process was effortless!
