    Rented a car waited 2 hrs to be picked up. I receive a text saying they have no availability. Their Service & customer service SUCKS!! If you’re going to use an outside reservation handling firm train the staff to disclose that the reservation is not guaranteed because they do not know what is exactly in fleet at the location. I will not ever rely on them.

    The reservation system is designed do just get you in the building. Made a reservation on a car only To be told not only that they not have that car, but did not have any cars. The counter guy kind of chucked when I said what’s the point of giving me a reservation if you have no cars. They really just do not care. I will go out of my way to never rent from enterprise again. I wish I could give less stars.

    This is crazy.I'm a repeated customer with y'all and I have a georgia driver's license and I rented it from y'all before two months ago , and you telling me I can't get a rental for a repeated customer , i'm so disappointed in the company

    Dover De Enterprise rental is the best by far this location goes above and beyond to get you what you ask for everytime I have rented from them thanks so much and keep up the great work.

    Professional employees. I've had to transition vehicles three times and they have made each time incredibly easy and fast. They have a great system going and they are kind and understanding. As long as you are not rude lol
