    I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked into this location. I stood waiting while the manager had his back to me and was never greeted or acknowledged. I was there to return a part I originally purchased in July for $57.99 under warranty. I had been instructed by another AutoZone to purchase the replacement first and then bring the original part back. When the manager pulled up my purchases, he selected the replacement I bought Sunday for $52.99 instead of the original July purchase I was actually returning. When I questioned the $52.99 refund, I wasn’t arguing over $5. I simply wanted to understand why the newer purchase was selected instead of the original one. Rather than clearly explaining it, the interaction became unnecessarily condescending and uncomfortable, especially with other customers in the store. The manager walked away mid-transaction without saying anything, and the employee who took over made me feel like I was having difficulty understanding something rather than asking a reasonable question.I also asked about my check engine light and was met with “You need what?” before being told their machines couldn’t clear it. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. A simple greeting, a little patience, and a respectful explanation would have made this a completely different experience.

    I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Cierra. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I got the right parts, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. Thank you for the outstanding service! Will be back anytime my car tells me to as long as Cici is there.
