Unfortunately a part that needed to replace, North Dover Location is the only one that had it. I really dislike coming over here (even though I live a mile from it) because the staff seems to never want to be bothered. They always have an attitude and dont seem to want to do business with you. Unfortunately I have no choice to come here when Smyrna doesn't have what I need in stock. But they really need to revisit there customer service towards patrons. It is very unpleasant to come here.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
