  Back on June 1st I went in for a routine Oil change at Mr Tire. When I went in my window was working when I was leaving it wasn't. I gave them a couple chances that week to fix it. I'm not the professional, they are. I was going to try and make them pay for fixing it properly by going to their parent company Monroe. Mr Tire in Delmar never fixed it and they taped it together with electric tape. I reported everything to Monroe via email with the parts for the driver's side window switch that needed to get fixed through a local company that could only do it as a third party. All in toll it cost me over $250 I'll never get back.

  Lady at the counter today 8/8/2026, did everything possible to make sure the customer was serviced as requested.

  Trailer tire exploded, had to leave trailer on the side of rt13. They had the tire size in stock and replaced in no more than 3 minutes, for a great price. Even loaded it into my truck.

  I booked an appointment with the Delmar Mr.Tire location where “Wheel Alignment” was listed as one of their services. This appointment was originally scheduled for an upcoming Saturday, however, my vehicle had worsened so I went back online to see they had same day availability (how crazy!!). I was able to book for the same day and receive multiple confirmations for it. When I arrived to the location I was greeted by Ms.Angela whom was friendly at first, but then had no explanation as to why their online booking allows customers to book for alignments when there is no tech on site. Ms.Angela thought I had spoken with her directly regarding the appointment and tried to explain that the appointment she set (she did not, their website did lol), was for Saturday due to the tech being on site. I tried to ask for further detail in which Ms.Angela could not explain and began to stumble upon her explanation. I would not recommend Mr.Tire if you are looking for adequate customer service at all or for reliability. There is no excuse to allow online reservations for them to then turn a customer away that is in obvious need of repair.
