    Extremely expensive. Was quoted @ $500 online & was told over $1000.00 when I talked to someone & they hung up on me.

    had a great experience they were pretty booked because it was a holiday but Ervin was a great help and was able to get us into a car so we could enjoy and finish our vacation on a good note. 10/10 would come again just to hang out with Ervin.

    I picked up the car in Dagsboro DE and the customer service there was outstanding. The gentleman there was kind and efficient. Took no longer than 10 min from my arrival to driving away with the car. After 30 days of renting, I had to have a rewrite and had to go inperson. The customer service by the young man at the Warner Robins, GA location was amazing. He was kind, helpful, great attitude, and funny. He went above and beyond to help. He is an outstanding representative and Enterprise is lucky to have him and should do what it takes to retain him. Because of him, I have rented again from Enterprise. He could teach what customer service is about. Thank you so much.
