It was raining, and he still came out and changed my windshield wipers and filled my wiper fluid without hesitation. He was super nice, patient, and genuinely helpful. That kind of service really stands out. I really appreciate him going the extra mile.

I asked, "Are you mad at me for something?" and she said "Nah. But What you want tho?" I'm not trying to change the world here, but I walked out to give my business to another auto store. Just a simple "Hi, how can I help you?" works great. No need to condition us to deal with extremely rude people. Good luck at that location!
