  I dropped my Honda Ridgeline off for repairs at a collision center. Enterprise delivered a loaner vehicle there for me. Unfortunately, they brought a full size Ram pickup as the loaner vehicle. This was a much larger vehicle than the one I have and ,assume they thought,since I drove a pickup normally, I would want another pickup truck. They allowed me to drive the truck to an appointment I had scheduled and then bring it to their facility and exchange it for something I was more comfortable with. I drove away happy in a Volvo SUV.

  Renting from Kyle was an excellent experience from start to finish. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Kyle was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Communication was outstanding, and pickup and drop-off were incredibly convenient. The car drove perfectly and added a touch of comfort and luxury to the trip. I would highly recommend renting from Kyle and would gladly book with him again in the future.
