  Enterprise car rental on route 40 in Bear near the Mattress store has excellent customer service as well as exceptionally clean vehicles.

  Recently, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bear, DE has been very valuable to me with their service. The rental agents have been very friendly, knowledgeable about the business, and helpful. Everything always proceeds very efficiently. I have not needed to use their pick up service for many years, but I am grateful that it is available. You don’t need to have an account with them to rent an automobile, but I would recommend establishing an account for free just so that the rental process can be completed even quicker. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an automobile rental option.

  Absolute Scam – Avoid This Location At All Costs! Do not trust this location, its employees, or the manager. They are all liars who practice classic bait-and-switch tactics, saving the good cars for themselves or people they know. I booked a luxury car a while ago and arrived today to pick it up. Instead of a smooth process, they made me wait for an entire hour, only to try and force me into a much smaller, cheaper car than what I actually reserved. The worst part? I could literally see a luxury car sitting right out in the lot. When I refused to be downgraded, the employee lied straight to my face, saying he would look for a car at their nearest location and call me back. Surprise, surprise—I never got a call. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Take your business somewhere else!
