I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting a vehicle from your company. I originally rented an Altima from Thursday through Wednesday for approximately $350. When I received the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. The seats were stained, there was hair throughout the car, and it honestly looked as though someone had urinated in the seats. For the amount of money customers are expected to pay, this condition was completely unacceptable.
While sitting in the car, I made another reservation for a luxury vehicle because I noticed it was actually listed cheaper than the Altima I had been given. When I went back inside to ask about it, the employee told me there were no luxury cars available but offered to discount the Altima instead.
At that point, I was already pressed for time trying to pick up my son from school. After realizing I had a little more time, I turned around and returned to the location so the employee could physically see the condition of the vehicle himself. He apologized and admitted there was nothing he could do about the seats, which was concerning to hear considering customers pay deposits and expect vehicles to be properly cleaned and sanitized. He took the car back to clean it, but when he returned it, it still looked the same. He then told me to come back Monday to see if another car would become available.
I felt extremely uncomfortable having to drive my child in such a nasty vehicle, especially while paying my hard-earned money for it. Because I was so dissatisfied, I returned the vehicle as soon as the location reopened the next day.
My biggest issue is that despite the inconvenience, the unsanitary conditions, and the fact that I returned the vehicle almost immediately, I was still charged. I also submitted a complaint afterward and have yet to receive any response.
This experience reflects very poorly on a company with such a well-known name. The customer service, cleanliness, and overall handling of this situation were unacceptable.

Kyle, is knowledgeable and helpful. He also has a warm smile, which is a nice addition to his customer service skills. The store is clean. The pick-up service is very helpful. The driver was friendly and professional, and a good driver. Definitely going to book with them again.

I had an excellent experience renting a car from your company. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout the rental period.
What truly stood out was the exceptional quality of service provided by your staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very helpful, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
I would definitely recommend your services and look forward to renting again in the future.

I have visited several enterprises, and the bear location stands out as the best.The staff was very patient in helping me find the right vehicle to meet my needs.The manager Kyle,was exceptionally friendly and helpful.Additionally,Quincy was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car.I truly appreciate how welcoming and friendly they are to their customers.

I’ve had multiple experiences with Enterprise, and they’ve always been extremely professional and respectful of my personal information—until this recent visit.
After renting, I received a call from Enterprise Sales, even though I was never told my information would be shared or asked if I wanted to be contacted. I was also asked for an emergency contact number (which hadn’t happened before), and it seems that may have been used as well.
I appreciate the intent to offer services, but transparency around how personal information is used is important. I’m sharing this because my past experiences have been great, and I hope this helps maintain that standard going forward.
