He calmly listened to my concerns and took immediate steps to investigate the transaction. Bill was thorough in his approach, ensuring all the details were cross-checked. Throughout the process, he kept me informed, which helped alleviate any discomfort I initially felt. Bill's willingness to see the situation through until a resolution was reached was commendable. His assurance and dedication to customer service were evident, as he made sure that the error was rectified and my account was credited correctly. In the end, Bill's proactive handling turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one. Overall, I appreciate how Bill Miller prioritized customer satisfaction and handled the situation with care and efficiency.   I want to give a huge shout‑out to Bill, the store manager at the AutoZone on Pulaski Hwy in Bear, DE (Glendale Plaza). I stopped in today to pick up spark plugs for my 2015 Honda Accord, and he turned a simple parts run into the highlight of my day. Even though I walked in wearing full Dallas Cowboys gear — in the heart of Eagles territory — Bill kept it light, joked with me, and still delivered outstanding service. He treated me with genuine care, explained everything clearly, made thoughtful recommendations, and went above and beyond at the register. It’s been over 10 hours, and I’m still thinking about how kind, considerate, and professional he was. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Bill representing them. Bill, if you ever see this — you’re truly appreciated.

  Worst commercial staff ever I have a small 2 bay shop with a lot of volume. When ordering parts they never get it right and the girl has an attitude when I question her about her mistake. Customers are delayed and my reputation is damaged over someone that clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. Moving my business to advance now.

  Went here at about 12 on March 29th after the location further down the road sold me a faulty starter, I can’t remember their names but the gentlemen that helped me were very nice and tested all of the starters I asked them too, apparently they just got a bad batch of starters or the testing machine was broken because they all failed, with that being said they sent me to another autozone and that autozone provided me with an exchange for the faulty starter, with that being said that starter was also faulty but I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have a starter in my car..all in all I just got unlucky and they got a bad batch of starters! Great people and great service though! Would go again and highly recommend this store in particular.

  I had the best experience here! Joshua was so helpful looking up the wiper blades and giving me all the different options available. He even installed them for me! Thank you for making something quick and easy 😊
