I had went to this Autozone to get oil for my car. Already walking in no one greeted me or gave eye contact. I asked an employee where to get the oil I needed and help with which oil to get. He told me he needed to know the specific car and year so he can look up what specific one I needed. After having me wait 5 minutes, I find him speaking to another employee on there phones leaving me thinking I was getting help.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the service I received at this AutoZone location on June 23, 2026. As a loyal, frequent customer, I rely on AutoZone for my automotive needs. Today, I visited the store because my 2023 vehicle’s check engine light came on. When I politely asked an associate for assistance in scanning the codes, he checked his watch, looked at me, and flatly refused to go outside to help, despite my request. When I asked for his name, he provided a name that appeared to be fabricated and laughed off the situation. I understand that employees have schedules, but the lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude I encountered is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I know that customer service is the backbone of any operation. I expected much better treatment, especially when dealing with a potentially serious mechanical issue. This experience has severely impacted my trust in this location. I hope management addresses this behavior so that other customers do not have to endure such poor service

I came in to get new windshield wipers. And the general manager Christine was amazing, she and her associate with a beanie helped me find the right blades for me as they were handling calls and customers in the store. Great experience I will be coming back for anything I need in the future. GET THEM RAISES THEYRE DOING AN AMAZING JOB.
