  They are AMAZING!!!!!! We got a flat tire going to up Maine and they got us back in the road right away. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

  Monro has had my car since late June and it is now late August. I brought it in for a simple wheel bearing job and the mechanic managed to damage the router, the abs system, the hub, and the cv axel. Each part that they ordered was the wrong part. I called corporate and asked for a rental they complied. Now we’re waiting for a new hub nut and it’s been two weeks.

  First off just to make sure I’m perfectly clear Joel , who is currently filling in for the manager , is fantastic. Told me at 730am that the oil filter needed to be ordered and that it would be there by 8am. About 805-810am filter was delivered and sitting on the front desk . It was him and two other employees, one employee struggled to find noise coming from front brakes only to replace a part then drive it in a circle and say oh it’s the back you have to come back , wasting over an hour of that lady’s time , second guy was walking around doing nothing. Second technician lets customer leave , proceeds to take his personal car into the bay . All while this filter is sitting there , mind you they both were told by Joel when the filter gets here please put it in and fill the car with oil. It’s now 915am and someone finally came to check whatsup with my car , then finding out oh the filters been here this entire time . No sense of urgency. Complimentary tire rotation and TPMS wasn’t done every tire out of spec as I left , and I can see through the glass into the bay my tires were never rotated . The lack of communication , and the lack of pride seems to be an issue at this location , not only would I never return I hope that some sort of training happens because it was painful to watch not only my car sit there and not get completed correctly , but other customers get told to come back after there wasn’t any real explanation as to what they needed done . Also had to tell the guys “servicing” my vehicle what type of oil to put in and also how much . Just a weird experience and if it wasn’t for Joel being so professional and welcoming I would of walked right out

  Need a tire to be replaced. Took all day the have it looked at. Then order the tire and it took 2 days to get it. All in all, it took three days. Ridiculous
