  I originally made a reservation for a Fullsize SUV. I was really disappointed to learn that Enterprise Rent a car could not fulfill my request, even though their system said they could. On the day of pickup, Jordan reached out and informed me that they were unable to fulfill my request. This really put a damper on my plans. I really needed a vehicle capable of transporting at LEAST 9 people. Even worse, it seemed that there was nothing they could do for me. No enterprise within a 30 mile radius had a fullsize SUV. After speaking with Jordan, he assured me he'd figure something out. Several hours later he found me a 12 passenger Ford transport van. It wasn't the luxurious, in style vehicle I wanted! But it was the vehicle I didn't know I needed. Over the weekend we ended up transporting a total of 11 people at one time. We didn't just all fit, were were all comfortable. We made it to our event and back safely. There was not a single complaint. The van had plenty of charging ports, cup holders, the AC worked perfect, the radio was great and we all had an amazing time. I thought I wanted to ride in style, but instead, we rode in extreme comfort and I could not have been more grateful to Jordan for coming through for us. I will absolutely be renting another transport Van from Enterprise for any of my other big group events thanks to Jordan's help. While Enterprise was unable to get me the vehicle I wanted at first, they showed me the vehicle I'll want from here on out for this specific situation. I hope this helps.   Tried to rent a car to go to Canada with some friends. I booked a full size sedan online to "save time at the counter", then when I showed up they only had smaller cars available, which was not acceptable for our needs. What a waste of my time. Watch out for fake online bookings.

  I had a rental from here for a month while my car was being fixed and paid through insurance. It worked easily at pickup and drop-off. Staff was able to suggest I get to the location sooner rather than later so I could have a newer Wrangler that was closest to my car's features for a month instead of other cars from the fleet, which was great! There was a small billing question i had but the Manager was able to help when newer staff weren't able to.
