  ****Update to reflect Nationals reply: I’ve tried to contact customer service via phone and chat many times, still with no resolution, so your reply simply adds insult to injury. I’ve been told that it has been escalated and to expect a call back, but that never comes. Really frustrating that you can find the time to reply to google reviews but not address the concerns of your customers****. Original review; Gave me an unsafe car with brake issues. Replaced the vehicle, charged me extra, and failed to produce an updated rental agreement. Customer service has been extremely rude and ineffective. My past experience with National has been that their cars and service are better than average, and I was willing to pay the premium price they charge for that. That is no longer the case.

  No one answers the phone at this location and national car rental national number is useless ! Not helpful - so hard to find a branch representative!! And then the automated chat is not helpful - trying t change drop off location and it's impossible no one picks up the phone at bdl - horrible service

  Excellent experience. We were walked from our hotel and they accommodated an early rental. The rental was seamless, Aaron was very friendly and there were no unnecessary charges. Very fantastic experience and overall made a bad experience with the hotel a lot easier. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the professional, friendly nature of the employees here. Truly an example of what renting a car should be like. Thank you.

  Great experience. Left my prescription sunglasses in my rental. They contacted me. Yes I paid for shipping but it was my fault. Good and honest business. Highly recommend

  I had a great experience renting from Enterprise at BDL (rental from National but that agent didn’t want to assist us), and Trevor made all the difference. From the moment I walked up to the counter, he was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through everything clearly, got me on my way quickly, and made what can sometimes be a stressful part of travel feel completely effortless. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings that level of warmth and professionalism to their work. Trevor is a true asset to this location — I’ll definitely be requesting him on my next visit!
