  I had paid up-front for my vehicle reservation to get the best rate and also pre-enrolled for Enterprise Plus. The rental desk was right at Bradley International Airport grounds. I enjoyed a very simple, fast and friendly customer service at the desk and was then invited to select my vehicle from a full row of 6-8 seater vehicles in my rental category - with keys inside - at the parking lot. I chose a new Chevrolet Suburban which had loads of space inside for my group of 4 adults, 2 kids with booster seats (age 7 & 10), and way too many travel bags. My 3-week rental in August was also more competitive than others I had researched, even with full zero excess policy, unlimited mileage, full to full and a free additional driver. I will definitely rent with Enterprise next time and would highly recommend based on this experience. Enterprise is my new favourite!

  If zero were an option I would have selected it. The rudest most hostile employees ever. Have been an enterprise customer for many many years, and rented all over the country but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Shame on the corporation for hiring such unprofessional rotten misanthropes.

  Citura was absolutely amazing! She literally walked all around the parking lot with us to help us find the right car and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She made our experience at Enterprise so much easier and better. Thank you so much, Citura! Highly recommend her!

  Enterprise at KBDL (Hartford CT) airport was outstanding. Easy in/easy out. Rental center connected via covered bridge way to terminal. We opted to PREPAY for fuel (it was same as out in town) so we only needed to show up with car and walk away. No hunting for gas stations near the airport and waste time. So easy. People were very nice, too, which helps Will do this again.

  I choose Enterprise every time, because their customer service is always incredible, the staff are always respectful, and the wait time is usually only a few minutes, if that. I appreciate that I can pick up my car quickly, and get where I need to be. Thank you Enterprise!
