- JPJahida PerezJul 2, 20261.0I made a reservation with Enterprise at your Bradley airport location on June 6, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. for a Jeep Wagoneer. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was unexpectedly informed that my reservation had been canceled. I never received an email, phone call, or any other notification regarding a cancellation, nor did I cancel the reservation myself. I originally made this reservation on April 4, 2026, well in advance of my trip. Instead of receiving the vehicle I reserved, I was placed in a completely different vehicle. Under normal circumstances, this may not have been a major issue, but I was traveling with my large family and the replacement vehicle did not provide adequate space for our passengers and luggage. As a result, we were forced to place suitcases in the back with my children, creating a very unsafe and uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately, I had no other option at that point because enterprise didn’t have any other large vehicle.

The young female manager showed no empathy, didn’t seem interested in helping, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. As someone who rents cars about 330 days a year and is a loyal Platinum member, I expected much better. I ended up renting from a competitor because of the poor service. Loyalty should mean something.
