  I left my wallet with all my money and cards without noticing today when I brought back the rental and a kind lady called to let me know she will leave them in lost and found. I drove immediately over there to pick it up ( 20 mins). the girl at the desk with red hair and black glasses dismissed me and told me to come back tomorrow but thankfully Morris heard everything and decided to help me. He told me to simply go to customer service and speak to the manager (didn’t notice it was there ) the manager was super nice and was able to get me my wallet. Thank god 🙌 I would have never knew I left it there if nobody would have called. Thank U so much

  Horrible experience on multiple occasions. Cars are filthy. They all stink of marijuana. They won’t be around much longer. Shameful.

  Super easy to get in and out. Check-in upon arrival to BDL was super fast, we were driving off the lot in under 15 mins. Drop-off was even faster, a quick scan, verified receipt, and done!

  everyone here is super nice & helpful. the line, if there is one, moves fast. it is a pleasure renting here each time i fly in. i will be back in a few days & i am glad that i can already know i will have a great experience again. thanks! **** edited 5/13: was there today and sara, gary, and erica were all very helpful and great! thanks again!

  We had a trip to FL and we went to Budget to get a rental for a 12 passenger van. They gave away our van I guess and they wanted to give us two cars to drive down instead of the one. So we went to the Enterprise that was on a different floor in the airport and Briana and Gary were amazing! I’ve never felt so hassle free when renting a car let alone a large passenger van last minute! Not only did they explain everything to us and told us the breakdown of everything but they were so personable and generally amazing people! Anytime I ever need to rent a car again I’m going directly there to know that I’ll be in the right hands! Thank you Briana and Gary for making my experience so great especially when thinking we were doomed with Budget for our trip!
