  The car we rented and the personnel we dealt with,, were all great. I placed a call to customer service, who handled my concern with care and efficiency. The guys at Bradley, both outgoing and return were friendly and helpful. The car was well maintained, except the inside of the windshield was quite dirty and streaky, especially in the sun. Great job overall from website reservation to the end of our vacation. Thanks to all involved.

  I consistently use Enterprise Rent-a-Car for local needs (I do not own a car) and when I travel. Regardless the Enterprise location I use, the staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The range of available cars is impressive and all cars I have rented have been in excellent condition.

  Reserved a car at Bradley and upon arrival they only had two cars. The car we got had issues and we were already an hour away. Texted as requested for any issues, and responded back and forth with Leanna, who I later learned was an area mgr, but she went phone silent and never followed through for a replacement coming to me. I had to take my time to get a replacement at a satellite office. When we returned the car to Bradley, the mgr outside, Chloe, was AMAZING. When I explained what happened she offered an incredible credit to my credit card. Enterprise needs more employees like her who care about their customers. THANK YOU, CHLOE.

  Waiting to hear back from Enterprise to see how they might continue to compensate for receiving a dirty vehicle I was intending to and did drive cross country in. An emerald member I picked up straight from the lot, pressed for time and being the only van left on the lot, I had no choice but to received as is and pick up cleaning supplies to clean up and sanitize needed seats and areas of the vehicle I intended to use. Left everything else stowed away as is and dirty. UPDATE (10/5) When I return the vehicle back to Enterprise here in California, the manager was very understanding and very willing to help compensate me for this issue. They ended up taking off $250 from my total bill, I don't know if this was great, it is a notable deduction of almost 3 days worth of rental. I'm not dissatisfied, but keep in mind I drove this car a full week across the country and had to buy cleaning products to clean areas as I needed them.

  Very impressed with the service we got from the time we picked up the car to the return. Everyone who works here are super friendly, helpful and just knowledgeable. The first car we got smelled like gasoline inside the car so we swapped it for another car which smelled like weed. I told the gentleman upon return (sorry forgot his name) and he credited us with $50. This is what I mean by you dont judge a business by the flaws but how they handle them. Enterprise is just a cut above the rest from all the other car rental companies
