  Everything was great. It was so quick, in a matter of minutes we’re done. Got the car and went to our destination. Definitely going to use Alamo if we need to rent a car again.

  No problem with the car we rented but we were scammed. All the rental car companies seem crooked these days. We reserved a mid sized suv. The guy immediately asked us if we wanted to look at other cars which would be no extra charge (lie). We looked at a genesis and a Santa Fe. Those were the two available. We assumed the Santa Fe was the mid sized suv we reserved and I think it was. Probably should have denied even looking at anything other to not play their games. We got charged an extra $120, $11 per day for an upgraded vehicle. Customer service said yes a Santa Fe is a mid sized SUV, and they would remove the charge. A week later I called back and said they still haven’t removed the charge. They said they would. Now it’s been a month and they’ve done nothing. If you can do without a car rental I recommend that because all the companies seem to do this. I just want my $120 back and I think they expect you to give up trying. Don’t believe the happy smiling guy saying he won’t charge you extra. His name was Mohit. He will charge you extra and then you will be stuck.

  This is my 3rd time renting cars from Alamo located at the Bradley Airport. Always 100% satisfied, this time I used skip the line since it was after hours and ended up with a brand new vehicle. I loved it, they were very helpful with the needs of my handicapped father and greeted us with a wheelchair to assist him. 100% recommend Alamo. I also looked at my account and found they gave me a refund of over 50.00 unsure why, but appreciated 👏

  I had a really positive experience with Alamo, thanks to Aaron (the manager) who went above and beyond to take care of us. We initially faced an engine oil alert issue, Aaron handled the situation professionally and made sure all our concerns were addressed. He was responsive, understanding, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, which made a big difference in our trip. The overall service, support, and smooth handling of issues really stood out. I truly appreciate the effort and would definitely consider renting with Alamo again. Highly recommend!
