  Erika was amazing! From the moment we started to talk to the end process she was the sweetest! I came from Avis which was a complete fail and when I went to Alamo right after I was crying Because I was super frustrated and Ericka was super patient while I was a mess!! Thank you for being so sweet!! Thank you Alamo for being great

  Terrible customer service. It’s nearly impossible to speak with anyone who is actually in the local office, and everything gets routed through a call center that can’t provide real answers. Communication is frustrating, and getting help feels like a hassle instead of a service. Alamo really needs to invest in better training for their customer support team and make it easier for customers to reach the actual rental location when they need assistance.

  I wish I could leave a 0. There customer service is terrible. I am fully aware how call centers work or companies because my team is a call center in the Philippians but my team at least has a direct number to talk to someone in store so I can make sure my needs are met before I travel over 1000 miles, because if I get there and I dont have what I need I will be pissed waiting around hours with 2 infants.

  The full rental experience met all expectations, and the early check in was a big improvement. I was interested in the car, the Audi A4, and was surprised at how much road noise there was. Humming tire noise into the cabin and the front doors didn’t seem as solid sound deadening when closing compared to other vehicles, or even its own rear doors. It was good to use the weekend as an extended test drive.

  I chose Priceline for my overall package supplier, my Rent-A-Car happen to be Alamo. Apparently Alamo had the best prices going. I have rented from Alamo before and was helped by Mo at the Bradley International Airport in Connecticut, and when I got there to pick up my car, I was helped again by Mo. Always a great experience!! Mo is knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Always a great experience dealing with Alamo at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut. I would recommend them to anybody, especially to deal with Mo. Mo got me in and out of there in under five minutes as usual.. Great experience!! Great service!! And would recommend them to anybody. A+ company, especially dealing with Mo.
