They were incredibly polite, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all my "silly" questions. 😁 Exceptional customer service as always. I’m a very happy loyal customer and highly recommend this place!

My only out-of-pocket expense was a few dollars in tax. This time, however, the technician informed me that the Groupon only covered $55—the amount I paid for the voucher—and charged me an additional $35. When I asked why there was an extra charge, he explained that the Groupon was for a synthetic blend oil change, but they had performed a full synthetic oil change instead. By that point, I had already waited about 40 minutes for the service and didn't want to spend more time arguing, so I paid the additional $35. I believe the technician who serviced my vehicle this time was new. The technicians in the other service lane, who have usually worked on my vehicle in the past, have always been professional and provided excellent service.
