  Just leased a car for from Volvo of Westport. Isaias helped me with the transaction. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. He helped three years ago as well when I leased my other vehicle. I highly recommend him!

  Sales process went very well and I found the salesperson to be helpful. Where it has gone wrong has been post sale. I purchased a used Volvo and, since my purchase, have been advised by this service department that there are a combined $20k worth of repairs needed. Now I understand a used car may need work but this is extreme. My latest experience with the service department is when I was changing the front headlight bulb (which I was alerted was out) and my mechanic and I found that my entire front headlight was glued and taped to a broken bracket in my car. I cannot even change the bulb without purchasing a new complete light. I called Volvo service and he said I could pay them to fix it but that it’s pretty much not their problem. Overall I feel like Volvo Westport never thoroughly looked at this car and when I have inquired in the past I’ve been ignored.

  To start off, the service staff are just plain rude. Every time I have the misfortune of going to this service department the staff are rude and condescending, but I could probably put up with that if they at least did their work, or even any work at all. Recently I had to warranty two tires, and they kept my car for over 48 hours. Whatever, things happen, I understand. What bothered me was when they told me they had fixed and cleared the check-engine light, and charged me hundreds of dollars to do it. When I got in and started the car, I found that the work that they were claiming to perform hadn’t been done. They also did not add any coolant, forcing me to later add my own. Long story short, I will be speaking to corporate, I will NEVER come here again, and I cannot recommend that anyone reading this does either.
