  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had the absolute BEST experience working with Ronnie :) From the get go, he was incredibly easy to work with--he was understanding, patient, and excited to help me out. He told he he wanted to get my business (which I also feel is rare these days, people are so transactional and not looking to build a relationship). Not to mention, incredibly kind. I felt that he really wanted to get me the best deal and was very genuine. Car dealerships can get a bad rep for being pushy, not transparent--but that couldn't be farther from the case here. Ronnie got me an amazing deal on my XC90 and made the process easy. When I went to pickup my car, I felt immediately welcome at the dealership...everyone was so warm and welcoming. Ronnie also gave my daughter a plushie toy to play with while waiting to sign my lease agreement...who does that nowadays?! Amazing experience from start to finish, and I feel like I have a working relationship with Ronnie now that I can go back to when I'm ready for my next Volvo!

  I highly recommend Ronnie Brito of Volvo Cars Westport. He was a consummate professional, highly patient and extremely knowledgeable while supporting me through the dealership’s used and new station wagons. They are being retired and Westport has a really nice selection compared to the nationwide inventory available. If you are looking for any Volvo used or new, you are in amazing hands if you ask for Ronnie. The management especially Connor for new cars and Syed for service were also extremely accommodating. This is a first class dealership. I hope you all will be able to have the pleasure of working with Ronnie, Connor and the team soon.

  Volvo Westport's service team is fantastic; they are very accommodating and courteous. I have been working with Rafael for the last six years for a couple of my Volvo cars, and his ability to manage stressful situations, knowing that my car is used for commuting, has been very impressive. He is very accommodating and good at communicating the status and finding solutions to problems. I have a Volvo extended warranty service plan on my car, and I know it's not very easy to work with extended warranty companies, but working with Rafael, he always finds a way to work with the warranty company and solve the issue. I am extremely happy to have this incredible person at Volvo Westport to support me in my ownership Journey.

In an industry where customer service can vary greatly, he delivered a level of attention and transparency that was refreshing.   Isaias made the purchase of a new car seamless. His patience and professional attitude made working with him very easy. Westport came through on a great deal, they were honest, and stayed true to their word on a deal that was hard to satisfy simply due to the limited inventory, but they did all they could to make sure I was satisfied and found me a great car. In a world where negotiating a car makes you want to click a button online and have it delivered to your door instead, Westport demonstrated how they can provide quality service to their community without playing games. It shows how much they care about customer satisfaction and how good their word is. I would recommend Isaias and the Westport team to anyone who wants a pressure-less interaction and honest, quick communication.
