  To start off, the service staff are just plain rude. Every time I have the misfortune of going to this service department the staff are rude and condescending, but I could probably put up with that if they at least did their work, or even any work at all. Recently I had to warranty two tires, and they kept my car for over 48 hours. Whatever, things happen, I understand. What bothered me was when they told me they had fixed and cleared the check-engine light, and charged me hundreds of dollars to do it. When I got in and started the car, I found that the work that they were claiming to perform hadn’t been done. They also did not add any coolant, forcing me to later add my own. Long story short, I will be speaking to corporate, I will NEVER come here again, and I cannot recommend that anyone reading this does either.

  My wife and I were so impressed by the professionalism of the Sales Team. In particular, Neron Joseph was our Sales Agent. He spent hours with us discussing each Trim for The XC90 and took us for test drives to experience the B5 (gasoline only) and XC90 T8 Recharge hybrid. We were fixed on having a light interior and the optional air suspension. Neron was able to find the perfect car in inventory that included these features. We received several discounts and a fair trade, which resulted in getting the XC90 T8 Recharge. We love the car and all of its safety features. We recommend Westport Volvo Cars if you wish to have an stress-free and enjoyable experience purchasing a new Volvo.

  Beautiful dealership with convenient location. To me, what makes a great dealership is the service department. The experience is here is excellent. Fast and organized, Rafael made a great impression. He provided a wealth of information and communication. The video of the car’s diagnostic from the technician is awesome. Extremely impressed. Am driving my 5th Volvo in a row and have no doubt I will be getting my 6th from Volvo Cars Westport.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had the absolute BEST experience working with Ronnie :) From the get go, he was incredibly easy to work with--he was understanding, patient, and excited to help me out. He told he he wanted to get my business (which I also feel is rare these days, people are so transactional and not looking to build a relationship). Not to mention, incredibly kind. I felt that he really wanted to get me the best deal and was very genuine. Car dealerships can get a bad rep for being pushy, not transparent--but that couldn't be farther from the case here. Ronnie got me an amazing deal on my XC90 and made the process easy. When I went to pickup my car, I felt immediately welcome at the dealership...everyone was so warm and welcoming. Ronnie also gave my daughter a plushie toy to play with while waiting to sign my lease agreement...who does that nowadays?! Amazing experience from start to finish, and I feel like I have a working relationship with Ronnie now that I can go back to when I'm ready for my next Volvo!
