  Wow, went to Hoffman to look at a Rav4 and was told by "salesman" he had no time because he was waiting for a customer to come pick up a car, then he said he had 0 Rav4's to test drive and all the cars coming in were spoken for so if I wanted a test drive I would have to buy one. I asked for a brochure to see what packages they offered and he told me to use the internet. Lost my sale. I will go to another dealer.

  My experience with Hoffman Toyota was completely unacceptable. Staff made statements to me that were demonstrably untrue, and they have video evidence documenting what occurred. When I raised concerns about the conduct of the service department, I was told I could leave and address the matter with a manager. Instead, the dealership called the police. (Please note, it’s a common enough experience that the local police don’t trust the dealership). That escalation was astonishing, particularly after I had been told I was free to leave. Based on my experience, I found the service department’s conduct dishonest, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Hoffman (and brand) for sales or service to go elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships to choose from, and no customer should have to deal with this kind of harassment simply for questioning dishonest behavior and flat out lies by the service management team.

  I have had a GREAT experience here-this location has been highly recommended to me and they absolutely live up to the expectation. Jamal Alkatib + Jose Rivera made my experience purchasing my new vehicle enjoyable, fast + easy! I was in an out of the showroom with my new wheels in only a couple hours with the best deal around! I cannot say enough great things about these two and this branch as a whole, they have definitely made a life long customer with me! Thanks Jamal + Jose!

  Buying a car from Hoffman Toyota was the best choice I have made. I had the pleasure of working with Catie. She took great care of me and helped me find my Volvo XC60, which I love very much. Catie was very transparent, informative, and easy to work with. I had been searching for cars for months, found my vehicle online and two days later I bought it, with Catie’s help. A seamless process, and I will forever recommend Catie Midura at Hoffman Toyota. Best experience ever, I am so thankful!
