  Great dealership, wonderful people. I purchased my new-to-me 2023 Prius Prime here, and couldn't be happier with it. The car was in great condition both mechanically and visually, the detailers didn't miss a spot. I worked with Leslie who was an absolute delight, genuinely night and day difference from every other car salesman I had talked to throughout the previous month. Its rare to find a dealer that doesn't make you feel like they are trying to screw you over at every turn. If you are looking for a new or used car, don't sleep on this place.

  I want give a shout out to the team at Hoffman Toyota in West Simsbury, Connecticut! From the moment I walked through the door and met Ed Crouse the salesman, I felt relaxed and kept informed of all of my options. Then onto working with Jamal in finance was smooth and actually enjoyable !! Dan the manager was kind and appreciative of my business as well! The entire experience was very pleasant and I was expecting to be utterly stressed out and wasn’t. I’m now driving my new plug-in hybrid Toyota RAV4, and couldn’t be any happier.   In my experience as a car buyer of 30+ years I have loathed car shopping. However, my experience with Hoffman Toyota has restored my faith in humanity and the car buying experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ed Crouse. From the beginning Ed was thorough with the information about the car we were interested. The energy he gave off was of a person who loved what he did and the crew he worked with. He asked us why we come out all this way (living more than an hour away). What we didn’t share was that we had visited easily 5 others dealers with demonstrable poor customer service with an air of indentured servitude. So you could understand our surprise and pleasure with working with Ed and Hoffman Toyota. Ed presented a price breakdown that was transparent and competitive. Every step along the way was painless and efficient. Our last step was financing, it was a pleasure working with Jamal even though we were dealing with a financial transaction it was seamless. I’d highly recommend Hoffman Toyota to others in market for Toyota.

  Wow, they’ve done it again! This is my fourth lease with Luis Plaza and the team, and somehow the experience keeps getting better every time. Jose Rivera was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured. His knowledge of the different vehicles really stood out, and he helped me choose a car that perfectly fits my lifestyle. Jamal made the transaction smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making me feel completely at ease. Luis made sure I was well taken care of and truly created a welcoming, family like experience. This team is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

  Today I brought my car here for its 20,000-mile maintenance service. I scheduled an early morning appointment because I had other commitments later in the day. I was told the service would take about one hour, but instead I ended up waiting more than seven hours. After waiting for several hours, I asked when my car would be ready. Instead of giving me a clear explanation, I was told my appointment was a “drop-off” appointment. This made no sense. I scheduled my appointment through the Toyota app and selected Drive Myself. I have booked my appointments the exact same way before, and my service was completed in about an hour without any issues. When I explained that I had been waiting there for hours, they even tried to return my car without performing the scheduled maintenance instead of completing the service. Waiting more than seven hours for a routine 20,000-mile maintenance service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, the inconsistent explanations, and the poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. If you have the option, I recommend taking your vehicle to a different Toyota dealership for service.
