  Purchased a used vehicle, and everyone on the team was good to work with start to finish. Although not a great experience that the vehicle had an immediate mechanical issue - that I think the dealer should’ve caught/corrected before the sale - I’m glad they made it right by providing a loaner, and being communicative throughout the process of having the vehicle repaired. Cost of the repair was taken care of, which is why I’m rating this as a good overall experience. Easily could’ve been a very (very) negative situation, but again they made it right so that’s respectable in my book. 3 1/2 stars, and I would work with Hoffman Auto again since they owned the issue

  After shopping for over 5 mths for a used car for my 16 year old we finally found a car here at Hoffman! Michael C who was our salesman was amazing , friendly, courteous and so understanding. Was a pleasure to work with him and he made sure everything was as perfect as it could be! I will be back to Hoffman in the future!

  An unexpected repair was taken care of quickly ... and at the end of the week we purchased two newer vehicles (2017 Frontier and new 2021 Rogue). We've dealt with Kevin Rurka since first purchasing from Hoffman and he is the best ... very informative and no pressure.. Thank you Kevin! Annie was also wonderful to deal with on the paperwork ... very positive experience from start to finish! 👍🙂
