  They got me in and out quickly for an oil change. I love the West Haven location it is easy to get in and out of there and back on the highway.

  Jose, junior, and all the other guys did a fast ,an professional job ,Jose was very helpful with my questions an the shop ran like a well oiled machine ,good job guys 100 out of 10 , they deserve more than 5 stars just a great job I'll be back in a few months for another oil change thank you valoline staff great job again

  When I went there to get my oil change, everyone was nice and helpful, but there was one thing that I did ask them to check. I asked him to check to make sure that I don’t have a oil leak or a hole because I’m leaking oil and they said OK and now it’s a few days after I got my oil changed and my car is still leaking oil so obviously they did not do what I asked him though and now I have to go back

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) My experience with Valvoline was extremely disappointing. I paid for a full synthetic 0W-20 oil change for my Toyota Camry because full synthetic oil is designed to last significantly longer than conventional oil. However, after charging me for a premium full synthetic service, they placed a sticker on my windshield recommending another oil change in only 3,000 miles. This recommendation seemed inconsistent with the benefits of full synthetic oil and raised concerns about whether the service guidance was accurate. I even questioned the staff about it. They told me that although some older stickers showed a 3,000-mile interval, the oil could actually last up to 7,000 miles. However, the sticker I received still clearly indicated 3,000 miles, which only added to my confusion and frustration. If I’m paying for full synthetic oil, why am I being told to come back at the same interval typically associated with conventional oil? It felt misleading and more like a way to bring customers back sooner for additional services. As a customer, I expect honest recommendations that align with the service I paid for and my vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. Instead, I left feeling like I was upsold on a premium product while being given maintenance advice that didn’t match what I purchased. I would encourage other customers to carefully review their invoices, understand what they’re paying for, and compare service recommendations with their vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines before spending their money here.
