- RARo AddaMar 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise car rental. I was incorrectly charged for two days despite returning car within the 24 hour time frame. Car was returned in pristine condition. Multiple attempts to resolve the duplicate error and security deposit, still not resolved. Since mid-December, I’ve made 10 phone calls, received two separate reference numbers, customer service repeatedly promised that the issue would be escalated, and resolved. Unfortunately, nothing has been done, and I’m still waiting for a refund. The lack of follow-through and accountability is extremely frustrating. This has been an ongoing issue for months with no resolution in sight. Based on my experience, I will not be renting from Enterprise ever again. I strongly recommend others double-check their charges and be cautious when dealing with Enterprise.
