  Enterprise is the most Professional rent a car place i know, the Manager in West haven is so Welcoming and very Professional has Excellent Customer Service Skills and very knowledgeable along with his staff, Cars etc. are in very good condition and drives well , if you are looking to rent and want a in and out experience and Professionals please go to enterprise in West haven, Amity Road, North Haven etc. They are the bomb.com. Keep up the work Enterprise Teams !!!!!

  The employees at the West Haven, CT location were amazing! So helpful and kind. The check-in/out with Jonathan was a breeze! I will not go anywhere else after this experience with Enterprise. Thank you!!!

  So, I’m calling and very clearly getting placed on hold WITHOUT anyone speaking a WORD.(your recording literally touts your business as “no matter where your going in life we put you first”) tell ya what, maybe train and hire your staff to actually execute your businesses core values, or just basic common sense in a SERVICE position. The phone rang 6 times the first time. 6 the second, then twice then ONCE. Someone’s on the other side pressing a button. Wether your dealing with a guest or not, you pick up the phone and ask for the person to hold, your dealing in a business where people literally need a car, had I had a convenient way to show up and rip you apart for your terrible service I would have. Now mind you I spoke with a rep two days ago that claimed “there’s no cars available”(is this something you do when you know that insurance is paying) so I responded to the person, not going to say gentlemen because he clearly doesn’t carry himself as though he’s in a service position. In my response I requested that I be called when there is a car available the next day. I worked a twelve hour shift and had my phone on my the entire time, NO CALL. Then I walked home. Now I’m sitting on hold at 14 minutes after I already sat several times previous to this. I’m sure your this busy. I want THE BOSS. I run a business, when or if the slightest nonsense occurs I hear about it, hopefully your corporate offices see this, because whoever’s in charge IS clearly not protecting enterprise rentals “brand”. Yourctecording literally goes on and on about standards of care, you think maybe actually having a person available to speak with is part of “standards of care ?” Get it together, or close shop.
