  I was visiting family in CT from Colorado in my 2006 4Runner. 2nd day there my driveshaft snapped and destroyed transmission & transfer case. New parts were not an option for me, budgets transmissions team was able to source the needed parts and get me back on the road. Still driving strong , no issues, great service and work. Jeannie (sp!) , operations manager, did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend Budget Transmission!!

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid 5k for a used transmission with only 60k miles. Kept up with routine fluid changes and maintenance and it broke/failed after only 2 years!!! Conveniently enough for this business, it was right outside of their “warranty” deadline. Now they say they can’t do anything about it but that I’m more than welcome to purchase another used or new transmission. INFURIATING is an understatement. DONT BUY OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They claim to be budget friendly but their “help” will end up costing you more than going to an actual reputable shop.

  I really love this place . Miss Jenny is so awesome! Her patience and good interpersonal relationship with her customers made me feel I was at the right place. The team did a good job on my car and I’m so grateful. Best place to take your car if you have an issue with it. Thank you all so much. Miss Jenny you are the best . Thank You.

  Would highly recommend to anyone. The communication was fantastic and they helped turn a terrible day into a better one. The manager Jenny was texting with me and updating me the entire process.

  I've lived in the area for 6 years and finding a good trustworthy mechanic for a price I can afford has been difficult. I think I finally found that here at BTC. Jeannie and Ray are great, loved chatting with Jeannie throughout the process. It took about a week for me to get my car back but I know that they are a super busy shop and that's what I expected. I would recommend going here.
