  Completely unacceptable service. I drove my truck to this shop, and they kept it for over 2 months without doing any work. Communication was a joke. I had to wait up to 30 minutes on hold, only for them to hang up. When I called back, they would say “give me an hour” and never return the call. Nothing but excuses the entire time. When I finally went to pick up my truck, it wouldn’t even start — even though I drove it there myself. I had no choice but to tow it to another shop, which cost me more time and money. This place is unprofessional and unreliable. Stay away.

  Got my brakes and rotors replaced here they have a great staff that pays attention to detail and are very efficient I was very satisfied with the work done on my car highly recommend this transmission shop

  My two vehicles Tahoe & Elantra were fixed at Budget. AMAZING JOB. I was beyond stressed with the work that was done on my cars by a shop in bridgeport but the staff at budget especially Jen made me feel better and helped my situation out. They were honest and explained everything and did everything they could to fix someone elses errors. I am super pleased with how budget staff handled my vehicles and cared about my safety with the vehicles. Now my vehicles are on the road and i feel great about the decision of choosing Budget to fix my cars. I will take the drive but it will be worth having my cars fixed correctly at a reliable honest shop. Thank you Jen and the mechanics at Budget for making me a happy customer :)
