- KLK L3 days ago1.0Do not recommend going to this location. I went in for an oil change and they were very rude employees. Will not be going back.

I went for an oil change and declined an AC service because I already had it done there the last time I went. The tech then came up with some bull shit about how my pipes were hot when my AC was just turned on and that he knew i has the service done already. I declined a second time politely. The tech then gave me an attitude and belittled me for not knowing how to turn up the brightness on my Iphone to scan my coupon. He did this after I asked him nicely how to do it. They also didn't reset my odometer when I left, I will just do my own oil change from now on. Poor customer service and predatory upselling.

The receipt claimed they had checked my tires' pressures and reported 35 psi for all. Later day, I found out it two of them were actually in the low 20's. Just mark Not Checked than false info. One of the technicians try to upsell me refrigerant by saying that I was "low" and showed me detached gauge marking 0 psi. I decided against it. Later that day, I checked the AC line (L) myself and it was around 35 psi (completely normal). Additionally, they never changed the oil filter but marked it as changed. For $100+ (without coupon) I do not recommend it.
- BKB KApr 15, 20261.0During oil change they have recommended to buy oil stabilizer with them and said that there was oil leak. I said no as I check every day. He was hurt as I did not buy that shit and intentionally they left my drain bolt loose and immediately after going home i notice there was leak .They are more concentrated on extra stuff as if they get commission on extra stuff. very disappointing service and will never visit this store again and would never recommend anyone.
