- MDMarlene Diaz3 days ago1.0The person that was working on my car didn't know how to reset my oil maintenance check light I was over charged for the oil change which I go to Economy oil and it's way cheaper and they know what they are doing. Their employees don't ask the customer if we know how to rest something he should go ave knowledge on the cars he works on hopefully he did my oil change correctly for 150.00 smh.

It included a tire rotation, yet my vehicle was taken out of the bay after the oil change was completed. I asked the service guy ‘excuse me, but I was supposed to have my tires rotated’. He said I needed front tires. I explained I was not buying them today. He then put my vehicle back on the lift and he and another person assisted him in completing the rotation. There were 2 items listed for things to be done upon cashing out. No one listed anything about tires. My husband said my tires are good.

They did not put my heat shield back properly and because of that it’s dragging on the ground. When my husband looked at it, he found that it is damaged. I’ve never had this problem before. They refused to replace the heat shield even though it’s their fault that it’s damaged. The manager Brandon was rude and argued with my husband. Valvoline will never get my money or my business again.
