  I wish I can rate even less! I got my windshield replaced by them and got a certificate for calibration when in all reality they never even unplugged my cameras or sensors when replacing my windshield so therefore obviously it will pass the recalibration test. I then got into a fender bender where I had to get my car repaired, they got to the final steps of completion and just had to calibrate the sensors which was not possible due to the windshield being a millimeter off center. Safelite states that since it is past the 30 day warranty there is nothing they can do for me. I then had a lady from corporate reach out to me apologizing and stating they can honor the warranty and gave me an apt. I got to the apt and they denied anything wrong with the windshield and are saying they will not do anything for me. The manager Tiffany was extremely condescending and made me very uncomfortable. She had zero intentions on helping me with my issue. End all be all they are not true to their word in their warranty policies and the management of this location created an extremely awful experience for me! NEGATIVE STARS!

  A very knowledgeable and professional staff. My car was taken on-time and the windshield was replaced with no problems.

  Terrible experience. I'm a past happy customer, so I chose Safelite. When finished, the tech broke my seat on a Brand New truck. Their solution is for me make another appointment, take another day off of work & go another day without my vehicle so they can try to fix it. They admitted at fault but I'm the one being inconvenienced and stuck trying to figure out the logistics. They don't seem to care, as nobody has reached out to me. Just received a link to complete a survey.

  They did not keep my appointment and there was no contact to inform me of an issue which caused me issues at the end of my work day I will never use them again.

  I had an excellent experience with Safelite AutoGlass! The technician was fast, knowledgeable, professional, and right on time. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the job efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was done properly. Great customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone who needs windshield or auto glass service!
