The first car they gave me had a very, very strong cigarette smell. and it was clear that someone had smoked in the vehicle. There was no hiding it, and they rushed to get me out of the lot in it. As soon as I got home, I realized we wouldn’t be able to use this car, especially with my toddler. I will say the next morning I called to get a new car, and they were very accommodating. However, the new car still smells like cigarettes and even has a burn hole on The passenger seat a few days later, the air conditioning stopped working, and I just noticed today that the bolts are pulling out of the door. I called Enterprise Corporate and they have escalated my case to a manager to get me into a new car. I’m only in a rental because my car got crashed, and this is more of a headache than dealing with the other person’s insurance company who was at fault for my accident. Hopefully tomorrow they resolve this and get me in a new car, but I will never be renting a car from Enterprise again

This year alone, I have rented four vehicles from this location, and each vehicle has been clean and well-maintained. The customer service is always stellar. Occasionally, when I make a specific request—especially at the last minute—they may not be able to accommodate it. However, I genuinely feel that the staff always gives their best effort, and that is all I can ask. I highly recommend this location!
