  This is by far the best Autozone ive delt with in the state. Sheron Hall has always been extremely helpful to my brother and myself when we come in looking for parts. She knows her job extremely well and when other employees have an issue its almost always her that comes to the rescue. I just wanted to say that she is an incredibly valuable asset to this store. Also this store almost always has the parts im looking for in stock also which is also extremely helpful.

  Worse experience ever went to Wethersfield auto zone they didn’t have the ball joint I wanted. So I paid for them in store and was told New Park had them, all to get there and they don’t have them. On top of it the district manager was there and gone say to me do I feel like driving to Southington to get the parts their rep told me the new park auto zone had. Just unprofessional. I won’t be going there anytime soon.

  I only gave 2 stars because they had the part I needed. But otherwise it was awful. I had called and asked for a part to hold, that their website said was in stock. They gave me a REALLY hard time about the name I asked to hold it under and my phone number. The member argued with me when I provided my phone number, saying it came up with a different name. Now, I don't know, nor do I CARE, if this was in their computers, like for an account or something, or if that's just the name that came up with my phone number. But, REGARDLESS it's MY number, and name, they should have just taken it, to hold the item. When I got there, even having called ahead, I STILL ended up waiting a VERY long time, for the item, and then I was told they couldn't put it on my vehicle. I've been to MANY other auto parts stores, INCLUDING OTHER AUTOZONES, AROUND THE STATE!! And let me just say.. WORST SERVICE, EVER. I also asked about cutting car keys, and the tech couldn't answer me. They have ZERO product knowledge, too. Awful. Just Awful. Go somewhere else.
