  I recently had an oil change here and had a wonderful experience! The staff is absolutely fantastic. Mike, Rick, and Mia all deserve five stars and a gold star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. The car was serviced quickly and everything was handled professionally. Having people like Mike, Rick, and Mia working there makes such a difference. They are a great representation of the business! Five stars all around — and a special gold star for Mike, Rick, and Mia! 🌟

  Great experience! Went in today for a last-minute oil change the gentleman were knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I didn’t have to leave my car and the service was done very quickly… about 15 minutes.I would definitely be returning for future oil changes.

  They jumped my car before I left just for it to die 5 minutes later with a swollen battery. They jumped it and my battery was leaking and they didn’t inform me the Triple A mechanic said it could’ve blew up.

  I have been going to watertown Valvoline for over five plus years mainly for 4 oil changes for my 18 year old Toyota. They are so polite with great customer service, reliable and fast and do a great job. They check fluids, lights filters, battery and more all at the same time. I've noticed my car always sounds and rides better after an oil change at this Valvoline location and price is very reasonable. I am very happy with their service.

  I was highly satisfied with my experience because the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They explained the services clearly without using any high-pressure sales tactics, answered all of my questions, and completed the oil change quickly while paying attention to detail. They also checked my fluids, made helpful recommendations, and made sure everything was finished properly before I left. The waiting area was clean, and the entire process was smooth, honest, and hassle-free. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of, and I'll definitely return for future maintenance.
