- TDTheresa DrewMay 7, 20261.0If I could give less than one star I would. I took my 2025 Volvo Xc 40 in for service because the lane departure was not working. They called and said it was ‘GREEN’ good to go! Guess what it’s not working! Turn back around and back to the dealership and took the assistant manager for a ride. Not working, he makes a million excuses and finally says it not necessary for the running of the car. This is my third Volvo and my last because of this beyond POOR service. Never have I experienced this at a Volvo dealership.
- SSStacey SantosApr 25, 20265.0Ray, Joe and Ed were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Ray worked with us to get the payment as close to what we wanted to pay and made it happen. Joe the sales associate was so nice and set everything up and went over everything with us in the car so we knew exactly what to accept while driving off the lot. Ed the financial guy had a great sense of humor with all that paperwork you need to sign and went over everything in great detail and answering every question. Also Ed got us a deal on an extended warranty. One down fall I would have to say is the car should be pristine condition when picking it up. It’s not even close I had to go home and clean the inside and outside. The drivers side head rest had grease and a dark spot on it. The speaker on the door was dirty and not easy to clean. And other issues. Other then that I would highly recommend going there.
