  My wife and I bought a C40 Ultimate from this dealership. Our salesman was Alex. I had looked at (and made offers on) about 6 other C40 Ultimate vehicles across many other dealerships. This dealership is by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. There was no pressure at all to upgrade to anything extra. (No unwanted add-ons) The process was completely transparent. We are super excited to had found this dealership. We purchased from out of State and had no issues or regrets at all. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a new, or used vehicle. Again, Alex is the salesman we negotiated with and highly recommend using him as well.

  I had an incredible experience working with Alex! From our very first conversation, Alex took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what was important to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how transparent and honest he was. There were no surprises when I arrived at the dealership.. everything was exactly as he had explained. He respected my time, had everything prepared, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Alex truly went above and beyond to find every available incentive and opportunity to make the deal work. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was being "sold" something. Instead, I felt like I had someone advocating for me and helping me make the best decision for my family.   Can't say enough about the amazing customer service at Valenti Volvo. Came in one morning with a bunch of questions about a CPO car, and not only was Alex C. super knowledgeable, he made the whole process a breeze and I got my Volvo a few days later! They understand and listen to the customer here with no annoying sales pushiness or gimmicks. Highly recommend visiting Valenti first...it will save you a trip, time, and money, compared to other dealers!
