  Joe is the best mechanic i have come across in years. His experience and his detailed approach solved an ongoing problem i had with my 2012 doge journey. It had a parasitic drain that nobody could locate. Killing all my batteries, 6to 8 in total after the car would sit for more than a day or 2. They would put a new battery and off i go. I never left any lights on nothing ever plugged in and still they would drop dead. I'd say in 3 years 6 to 8 new batteries were replaced. Then I took it to Monro in Watertown CT. Joe found the problem in less than a day. A fuse from the Bluetooth unit. To fix it would have costed me over 2000 dollars, yeah I didnt stutter 2 grand plus. Joe said if you don't use your blue tooth I will pull the fuse and your good to go. So thats what I did. I never use it for anything anyhow. I have my phone for all that stuff. I can't thank you enough Joe. If you need work done, don't hesitate to go and tell him Mike with the Red Dodge Journey sent you. He will remember, and take good care of you and your car.   From a simple oil change, I saw the bad reviews and I still went. Take this as a sign TO NOT GO HERE. You’ll regret it.

  Extremely poor customer service and outrageous part markups. I called to ask why I was charged over $1,012 just for a front left control arm part (with $100 in labor). Instead of addressing my concern, the representative spoke right over me, sounded visibly irritated, and dismissed my questions by claiming the dealership charges less for parts but more for labor to justify their pricing. To top it off, he tried to justify the price by claiming it took 3.5 hours of work. Unprofessional customer service and terrible pricing transparency. I will not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere.

  I made an appointment for a broken break line. I gave them my car on a Monday night, Tuesday afternoon it was ready for pick up! Joe was great on the phone & Mono(assistant manager) & his crew were great, respectful & great service! No complaints, I'll definitely be back for any service on my car! Thank you!!
