  If I could give fewer stars, I would. I reserved a full-size vehicle weeks in advance and even called the morning of my reservation to confirm everything was set. I was told there were no issues. When I arrived, I was informed that no full-size vehicles were available. What was most frustrating was that no one contacted me ahead of time, even though they clearly knew there was a problem. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location.

  I was greeted with a smile, and the staff even offered me a refreshment. They let me know the rental needed to be returned clean, which I didn’t mind at all. Once the vehicle was ready, a staff member sat inside with me to carefully go over the rental agreement and all the details. This location truly cares about your wellbeing and wants to make sure you have everything you need for your trip. I felt very well taken care of!"

  I have been trying to get a hold of someone for THREE days just to get a $30 refund. I will be placed on hold for 13 minutes at a time and if no one picks up, it disconnects the phone call and tells me to try again later. Finally got a hold of someone today after waiting for 27 minutes, Only to be given an attitude and have the guy hang up on me. It’s way too much of an environment of friends giving friends jobs that aren’t qualified And don’t do their actual job spending too much time with their bros Hanging out instead of doing any actual work. It should’ve been simple to get a refund instead of having to go in circles for several days to get something so simple done. It’s unacceptable if I ran my business this way I would be out of work.

  Jonathan Velasquez at Enterprise on Main Street in watertown provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I had exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Jonathan does. I highly recommend working with him if you’re renting from Enterprise. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Great place to rent from. At pick up there were 2 brand new employees - John assisted us and was so fantastic! Friendly, professional, efficient…. Truly wonderful to work with and I was impressed listening to him with other customers as well.
