Heard about them on facebook. As soon as we parked our car and started looking, we were greeted by Nicole who was semi new employee but was awesome. This was the first dealership that the manager Edinei was involved with each customer's purchase. He was awesome too. Took awhile for hubby and I to pick and once we did they moved fast. Then we spoke to I believe her name was Prescilla from finance. She explained everything to the "T". If your looking for a Toyota this is the go to dealership. They have excellent customer service and lots of options. Thanks Nicole, you will go far. Edinei and Prescilla keep up the good work.

Buying my first car was such a special experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me than Jady. My family and I arrived a little early, and as soon as she saw us, she came right over and made us feel welcome. From the very beginning, she made the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.
What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She treated the experience as if she were buying the car herself, making sure every detail was right and helping us find exactly what we needed. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and never made us feel pressured.
I am absolutely in love with my new Toyota Corolla, it’s beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Everything Jady was able to do for my family and me was truly amazing. As someone buying their first car, this was a moment I’ll never forget, and Jady played a huge part in making it so special.

My experience engaging with this dealership for an inquiry of a Toyota Corolla I would describe as overall VERY uncomfortable and predatory. I set up an appointment early in the morning for a same day test drive of the vehicle. I arrived and spent time speaking with the sales individual who took careful detailed notation of my inquiry When asked about trade-in I stated yes I’d like to seek a trade-in of my current vehicle. The sales rep asked for my car keys to perform an appraisal for the trade in value. This is where things become odd.
I waited a bit of time for both the appraisal to be completed and for the Corolla to be filled with gas for a test drive. I was not present for the appraisal and assumed it would be a quick check of the exterior, interior etc. Upon returning the sales rep was ready to start the test drive with me and I asked for my keys. The rep stated his manager wanted to look at my vehicle while we did the test drive. I thought that was a bit strange since I waited a bit with the impression they both did together.
After the test drive the sales rep asked me if I’d be interested in purchasing the vehicle, I stated perhaps depending on price point and vehicle's history. At this point I ask for my car keys to be returned to me. I was told by the sales rep the manager would be over in a moment with my keys, carfax and price.
The manager arrives begins a conversation with me. I inquired about my keys and he said he would give them to me in a bit. I’m becoming uncomfortable at this point. I review the carfax records and see a listed accident. He assured me it was likely a cosmetic and that the vehicle was in good service covered by dealership lifetime warranty.
The manager now asked if I would be interested in making a deal to purchase the vehicle. I responded depending on the price point offered.
The manager returns with a price offer written down and again may I note, MY PERSONAL KEYS NOT RETURNED TO ME. I look at the offer and see that clearly he did not discuss prior with the sales rep my acceptable price range because the offer is far from that. I shared that I’m not looking for a vehicle of this status outside of my range and offered a counter for out the door final price. I’m told that can’t be done. I’m ready to walk and discontinue the discussion. BUT I CAN’T BECAUSE HE HAS MY KEYS STILL.
At this point the manager is attempting to convince me of the vehicle's value to justify the price point. I am not convinced. I make a private call to my boyfriend describing the situation and we agree I should decline and leave.
I tell the manager ‘no thank you, I appreciate the time spent with me today but I will seek out at a different location and would like my personal car keys now to leave’.
This is where I become immensely frustrated because the manager continues to yap at me about several things to change my mind not relevant to my why I am saying no such as “well why not lease the vehicle” “well what really matters to you quantity or quality” “well we are a very good dealership, you know some guys down the road got shut down for shady business, we are very trusted ” could of fooled me because my impression of you thus far is giving you use to work with said institution.
I’m becoming upset at this point and anxious.
As a woman I feel very uncomfortable that this man refuses to give me my personal keys which also have my personal home keys after asking SEVERAL TIMES.
The manager finally gets up and says he would like to show me their pamphlet on their warranty while the sales rep gets my keys. He yaps to me for additional minutes and I’m doing everything to conceal my irritations with him.
FINALLY after MY SEVERAL ASKS, the sales rep returns my keys and I leave.
This is by far the most predatory and bizarre interaction at a dealership I have ever had. There is more I experienced not included here but this summarizes it best.
It was so off putting that I will not consider them EVER moving forward and after a very loonngg review of my experience I hope this can help protect others who come after.
