  Buying a car here is a fantastic experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I worked with Tahir, and he was great. We thoroughly went through all the details and ins & outs of what I was looking for and what was available. He was personable and made the experience more enjoyable. Even with minor setbacks on my end, Tahir and the staff were very accommodating and flexible, which was a huge ease of mind. I strongly recommend coming here if you're looking for a car.

  Selection of used cars is very good, though slim for hybrids (which is understandable because they are highly desirable right now). The staff is friendly and charismatic. However, the communication does fall short. We inquired about a RAV4 that we were highly motivated to buy, but we did not get a straight answer on availability for over a week. The staff brought out a RAV4 that was a newer year so we could test drive something. The staff did not follow up when we asked for the price, but when we checked the website it turned out it was nearly $10k above our budget. It had way more mileage than we were comfortable with on a 2 year old car, and it also vibrated on one side during the test drive, which could point to problems with the differential. I do wish it turned out differently. We really liked that many of the cars come certified used with a warranty and they were willing to see if they could work out a lower interest rate. We ultimately decided to search elsewhere.

  I had a great experience working with Jin at Crabtree Toyota. He was professional, responsive, and did a great job navigating a few unusual circumstances that came up during my purchase. Because of my personal situation, there were some additional things that needed to be coordinated, and Jin went above and beyond to keep everything moving. He even called me after hours to make sure things were progressing, and worked with other members of the staff to come in early and help get everything taken care of. Buying a car can be stressful enough without adding extra complications to the process, but Jin handled everything calmly and professionally. I felt supported throughout the process and really appreciated how proactive he was in finding solutions rather than letting things become roadblocks. Jin brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to what he does, while also having the maturity and professionalism to handle complicated situations well. He was easy to work with, kept me informed, and made what could have been a frustrating process much smoother. I’d definitely recommend working with him.

  Had a great experience working with Bruno in Sales, Justin the Finance Manager, and Ednei the Sales Manager at Crabtree Toyota. I spent a lot of time shopping around and comparing numbers with several Toyota dealerships, and Crabtree ultimately earned my business. Bruno was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process and was patient while I went through all the different options and numbers. Ednei was also great to work with on getting the deal put together and was willing to work with me to get to a number I was comfortable with. I appreciated that the process felt like an actual negotiation without any unnecessary pressure. Justin in finance was excellent as well. He took the time to go through the lease paperwork and numbers with me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was correct before everything was finalized. Overall, I had a very good experience with the entire team. I did a lot of research and contacted multiple dealers before making a decision, and Crabtree gave me the combination of the right truck and the right deal. I’d definitely recommend asking for Bruno if you’re shopping for a Toyota, and Ednei and Justin were both great to work with on the management and finance sides. Very happy with the experience and the new Tacoma.
