- DDDaniel DJun 19, 20265.0I had to get a recalibration done within a short period of time. The gentleman at Soundcraft said not a problem stop by and we will get it done. My device was going to lock out because of a missed rolling test that was needed to be done and I missed it cence I wasn't familiar with the device at that point. Anyway when I stoped by he said I had to call them and get a work order so he could recalibrate the unit. Also helped by saying when you get them on line he would like to speak to them to be sure things went correctly. That's great costumer service to say the least. Great place and will continue to get my calibration,s done there.
