  I had a great experience with them. My technician Orlando was very professional. He has tremendous experience with the company. He explains everything that he's doing in steps so you're part of the process. He also let's you know how long he expects to be working on your vehicle. They do give you options on bringing the vehicle to the shop or scheduling it to your preferred location. I'm happy I had it done at home. One on one attention to my car meant dedication and professionalism. Thanks for your services 😊

  Worst service I have ever experienced. Customer service suggested to change my appointment when I called in questioning some rain in the morning and they dropped the ball and no one showed up. I had to take a paid day off for that and they didn’t care at all. They said they created a case number and gave it to me along with the number to the New Hartford shop and told them I needed to speak to them. No one all day answering that phone. Then I called another location and they dropped the call, had to call back and was told they would give me a call right back and no one ever did. It took me going to a location to get the work scheduled and fixed and to make sure glass was there. At this point I should be receiving pay as I had to do their work for them to get the job done and lost time from work unpaid. Won’t be working with them again. While I got repair another 2-3 people complained same thing no communication and one woman was left with her windshield wipers not working. It was a rough process to say the best.

  I had a great experience with Safelite thanks to Orlando! He was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. He went above and beyond by giving me a great deal on new wiper blades that I really needed, which I truly appreciated. The work was completed quickly and everything looks perfect. It’s rare to find someone who provides such excellent customer service while also taking pride in their work. Thank you, Orlando, for making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  David (Tech/Installer) at Safelite was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating!! The shop was running a little behind but the Front Desk rep and the Manager gave me updates and were apologetic and friendly. The Manager went above and beyond running around and coordinating all that was going on. My overall experience was great!! The entire staff made the wait a non issue!! Highly recommended this shop!!

  I recently had a cracked windshield on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma and Safelite made the whole process incredibly easy. They came right to my house in Watertown for the repair—no need to take time off work or drive around with a damaged windshield. Orlando was the technician who handled the job, and he was a really nice guy. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a clean, thorough installation. The repair looks factory-perfect and was completed quickly and efficiently. If you need windshield repair or replacement, I highly recommend Safelite. Mobile service, great communication, and skilled technicians like Orlando make them stand out. Will definitely use them again if needed!
