  I had and appointment scheduled. They never came or called to say they weren't canceling.They were supposed to come between the hours of 1pm-6pm. I was waiting all this time instead of handling somethings I needed to do. I do not recommend them. I am very disappointed.

  Excellent service at Safelite Waterbury, CT location. The manager, Jocelyn, was very helpful & informative regarding the process & time it would entail. She is professional with a wonderful personality. Her competency in handling difficult situations & issues was outstanding. She made sure your experience was a positive one. Justin is an excellent technician. He assured me of the quality of materials used with the replacement of my windshield & the recalibration of my vehicle. He explained what I should be aware of when it was finished & in the event should there be any problems to call. They guarantee their services. The service all around was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Safelite at the Waterbury, CT location.

  Never used Safelite before, but I'll definitely be going back if they're all as good as this Waterbury location. The manager there was running things like the Navy, while making every customer feel welcomed and taken care of. Really turned my day around. You're lucky to have her. Give her a raise.

  Orlando was absolutely amazing! He was not only on time, kind and knowledgeable but extremely professional. He did a beautiful job on my windshield replacement and made sure I was satisfied with his work. Orlando is the only reason I would recommend safelite. Give that man a raise!

  Nice people working at the shop. The shop looks clean and professional, and the job was done well. BUT! Safelite has problems with rescheduling service times. I ran into this issue twice in the last two days. Advice: don’t change your appointment. If you change it online, you may see available slots and book one, but when you arrive, they may say there was no slot. Want to change an appointment over the phone? The front desk may tell you, “We have an earlier slot,” and give you a new time. But there’s a good chance the technicians will still take your car according to the original schedule, since the front desk doesn’t always communicate changes to them. This issue cost me an extra half an hour of waiting—my service took 3.5 hours total. otherwise, I was very satisfied with service!
