  I corresponded mostly with Sashana during my experience, who then set me up with my 10 out of 10 technician, Orlando. I have an older vehicle, so my windshield mouldings needed to be outsourced, and Sashana was able to locate them. She always answered my questions promptly and with care. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, from locating the mouldings to delivery status, and then setting up the mobile appointment with Orlando. Orlando was quick and handled the windshield replacement with care, really leaving the impression of how he approaches this service as an art, utilizing his skill. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, and I will request and recommend him, as well as Safelite, for any future services.

  Excellent experience with Safelite! Dennis was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He arrived within the 4 hour time frame, replaced my windshield, performed a safety check and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism and quality of service truly stood out. Safelite is fortunate to have an employee like Dennis representing their company. Highly recommend!

  I made an appointment for 9/28 about 1 week ago to repair my wife’s windshield. I indicated in the appointment that we have a garage/covered area. Without prior notice, they cancelled the appointment. After the fact, they call and reschedule to today 9/29. They no call no showed. Haven’t heard from them. I would definitely not recommend these people.

  I’m unsure of the gentleman’s name who worked on my car yesterday, but I had a 2:30 appointment for a medium-gray 2026 Chevy with a white rooftop. He was an older Hispanic gentleman, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service he provided. Not only did he fix my issue, but he was also extremely respectful and took the time to thoroughly explain the aftercare instructions. As a manager myself, it is refreshing to encounter someone who is both professional and genuinely kind. His customer service truly stood out to me. Although there are several other Safelite locations in Connecticut, I would 100% return to this location because of the experience I had. I also want to recognize the ladies at the front desk. I unfortunately didn’t catch either of their names, and they were two different ladies on my visits, but both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always smiling, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with people. Whenever I had a question or needed something, there was never any hesitation to help. Thank you to the entire team for providing such great customer service. It is clear that you have some wonderful people representing your company, and I truly appreciate the experience!
