  From the moment I pulled in until the moment I left, my experience was absolutely wonderful\! The customer service was outstanding, and I immediately felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer\. What really stood out to me was the professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond\. I had several questions and concerns about my vehicle, and everything was addressed with care and without making me feel rushed or pressured into unnecessary services\. The pricing was reasonable, and I was even given a coupon, which was such a thoughtful bonus\! It’s refreshing to visit a business where customer satisfaction truly seems to matter\. It’s not every day you find great service, fair pricing, and genuine kindness all in one place\. I left feeling confident about my vehicle and extremely satisfied with my experience\.   Rude customer service, tv was playing in the background so I couldn't hear the person. They said they would give me an estimate while putting me on hold, then said they need to inspect my vehicle. But then it would cost 450 per axle, where did the price come from if you didn't inspect it? I'm probably gonna find a private mechanic and buy my own breaks from auto zone. I'm not paying your company's overhead.

  I was treated poorly by the owner; he scheduled an appointment but kept me waiting for two hours just to appraise my car. The prices are outrageous. When I asked him about the cost and the work to be done, the owner was very rude to me and told me to leave the shop; he also prioritized other cars that arrived later over mine. It was the worst place I've ever been to.
