- AAAdelMay 13, 20261.0I would like if management above the mediocre manager named MARVIN at your front desk sees this. That he is the only and solely reason I won't be bringing any of my cars back to this location. Asked a question due to a concern from a vehicle serviced that day earlier in the day and he called yelling and being rude and when I told him to calm down that who he thinks he is to yell like that he proceeded to hang up on my face.
- NCN CMay 13, 20261.0Horrible Service Marvin, we called and asked why our car didn't get tire rotation and instead of him explaining in a PROFESSIONAL CALM VOICE he gets rude and very defensive and LOUD and then HANGS UP THE PHONE on the customer. How PROFESSIONAL Sookram Marvin....Never again. Thank you for your professionalism Coward.

Volger & Marvin are the MVPs @ Monro. They're friendly and thorough. After dealing with other auto shops who had sketchy business practices, monro has honestly earned by business and loyalty for life.
