  Very expensive compared to other charging stations. Why does it automatically soon as it start charging shows i owe 3.62. I spent maybe 25 dollars here and was not even halfway charged. I will definitely try my best to avoid them in the future.

  This area is great a lot of nearby stores. But some people do like to park their car to charge and leave it past the regular charge time. But has gotten much better lately

  Two days ago I went to charge my vehicle and the charging station was frozen. I contacted Customer Service. Customer Service had me add a payment method to my app and then reset the charging station. After five minutes it worked again and my charging was complete after about 20 minutes. But for some reason the following day, my Ev Go account was closed which I did not do. Not sure what’s going on and why my account was closed. All my correct information was on the app and added my Amex CC for payment. I will be contacting Customer Service again tomorrow if this problem is not resolved. Would give five stars if I didn’t have so many issues. I’ve never had an issue with ChargePoint and with the ChargePoint app. The pricing is almost half the price of Ev Go. The reason I use Ev Go is for the convenience, it is only 1 mile from my house so hopefully they get their act together

  I am extremely new to the whole electric vehicle situation. I actually have a rental vehicle that that’s a Kia Niro and I’m not gonna lie first I didn’t really care for it, but that’s besides the point I am doing better now that I understand the charging and all of that a lot more. All that being said, I frequent this location at all times of the day, even in the middle of the night.. 12am, 2am, 6am, 5pm, 9pm, etc… I’ve never encountered any type of issues here so for anybody saying it doesn’t seem like the best area… It’s really not however people tend to just leave us alone with our little electric vehicles lol I only have an issue once with the charger where it just randomly disconnected me for some reason in the middle of charging, and that was frustrating however, I haven’t had any issues since. This seems to be the fastest charger for me and the closest so I’ve been coming frequently! I don’t know who owns this location, I do highly encourage someone to put trash bins, maybe in the middle of the two stations that way people aren’t leaving trash just on the ground because that has been a frequent occurrence in this location. And even now as I sit here waiting for my vehicle to charge, it would be nice to be able to clean my car out and just throw stuff away.
