    Cant say how disappointed we were for the Sales team. Started shopping for a new X3 I'm assuming it was the Sales Manager left us waiting over 45 minutes to get our keys back so-we could leave. Service team is excellent but this left us really reconsidering another BMW dealer

    I had a great experience purchasing a my dream car here. Ondre was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me through the process, making it painless and straightforward . Corey, Yamna and Kirk were very transparent and really put in the extra effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership for all things BMW due to the candor and professionalism of everyone I worked with!

    Basic checks were not performed. Upholstery was green when the roof liner and seats were ripped/dstroyed by a dog. Window condition was green when there was one shattered window. Wanted to charge about $600 to diagnose bad wheel sensors which took me 10 minutes to figure out with a jack and a 5mm allen key. Suspension has a damaged sway arm stabilizer yet its marked as green. The fact that the basic checks were not performed will make me not go back. Ill be honest. It feels like they wanted to take advantage of my mentally handicapped brother when he brought his bmw in. I am glad that I was there to help him.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with BMW of Waterbury has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. I brought my BMW in for service on January 5, 2026, for a turbocharger-related issue. What should have been a routine repair turned into a six-month ordeal marked by poor communication, administrative failures, and a complete lack of accountability. After authorizing a battery replacement to complete diagnostics, I was provided a loaner vehicle that had a strong marijuana odor coming through the vents. While inconvenient, I accepted it because I was led to believe my vehicle would be repaired quickly. Months later, I discovered that the required repair parts had never been ordered. After repeated follow-ups and assurances that the issue would be expedited, I later learned that the parts still had not been ordered. Throughout this process, I experienced long periods with no communication, multiple service advisor changes, broken commitments, and repeated delays. To make matters worse, my replacement loaner developed its own mechanical issues, including a steering malfunction and check engine light. Even when I attempted to exchange the vehicle, I was informed that no loaners were available. After six months of waiting, I was finally told the turbochargers had been replaced, only to be informed that I may need to pay for additional diagnostics related to a battery issue. Given that the vehicle sat at the dealership for approximately half a year due to repeated dealership errors and delays, I find this request unreasonable. As the owner of both a BMW X5 and a BMW X6M Competition, I expected a level of service consistent with a premium luxury brand. Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lack of communication, failure to order parts, inadequate loaner support, and overall handling of my vehicle have significantly damaged my confidence in both BMW of Waterbury and the BMW brand. I hope dealership management and BMW corporate take this feedback seriously and work to ensure other customers do not experience the same level of frustration and inconvenience.
