I went to this Autozone to pick up some oil and was in and out so that wasn't bad, I'm just a little annoyed at the woman who was on her phone hiding from the cash registers, and when I asked her which cash register was open after standing there waiting for a bit, she went over then said "You know you can just do self-checkout, right??" So I was like Oh. Okay, I'll just do that. Didn't realize that was an option since it's not at my other Autozone, but apparently I should've. It was clear that I was interrupting her from her phone time for 5 seconds to ring out my one item and that struck a nerve. My bad! I'll go to a different store next time that doesn't mind getting my business 👍

Google says this store closes at 9:00 p.m., but I arrived at 7:35 p.m. and it was already closed. If you post business hours, you should respect them or at least update them correctly so customers don’t waste their time. On top of that, whenever they do help customers, the service is terrible. The employees spend more time joking around with each other, take forever to assist people, and often have a rude and unprofessional attitude. Very bad experience.

Great service got a scan for my check engine light, the gentlemen were polite and helpful was in and out in a reasonable time. I didn't feel talked down to even when it was clear I don't know much about cars. if anything like this happens again I'll absolutely come back!

Bad customer service in commercial area was waiting for more than 20 minutes with no help while the employee was on her personal phone I will give a zero but it won’t let me
