  Looked everywhere for a simple cabin air filter. No auto parts store had ANY for my car, so I had to look further out. I saw on the app (which still says it by the way) that they had the filter in stock and ready to buy or order. I ordered it, used half a tank of gas to get there. Got inside and simply wanted to look around before I got my filter and left. I had 3 employees within 2 minutes asking if I needed help and they were hovering over me like I was trying to steal. So I went to the register asked to pick up my order, and the guy goes “oh yeah we didn’t have that item, don’t know why it says we do, we looked everywhere so we canceled the order”…. After I used half a tank of gas to get there and already purchased it online. Now I have money missing out of my bank that who knows when it’ll come back, no gas at all after the trip and got what out of it? Absolutely NOTHING…. Was it really that hard to call me or something and say “hey before you drive 45 minutes here and back, we canceled your order so don’t waste time coming”. Absolutely no common sense from these airhead employees and just wasted my gas time and money. Go to a different auto parts store. The kids working here are lucky the management doesn’t know anything about cars more than they do or they simply wouldn’t have a job. You don’t promise a part to somebody, let them order it and drive ALL THE WAY there to say “yeah we canceled it” and I was so frustrated I just said “ok have a good day” and left. The employee mumbled something angry sounding and didn’t say have a good day back or anything. He went right back to the end of the parts isle to take out his phone and answer some texts…. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. These workers don’t deserve their jobs at all and should be homeless.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the wolcott st Advance Auto Parts due to the behavior of the store manager. The manager named Ken was extremely unprofessional and dismissive when I asked for help. Instead of trying to assist or answer questions, he acted annoyed and spoke in a rude tone and treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about. He came off as very sexist. Customer service should be a priority, especially from someone in a management position, but this manager set a poor example for the rest of the staff. The interaction made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When customers come into a store looking for help with automotive issues, they should be treated with patience and respect. I hope Advance Auto Parts addresses this kind of behavior, because it reflects poorly on the store and the company as a whole. I would think twice before returning if this is the level of professionalism being shown by management.

  I wanna give my man Andre a shout out for ignoring me when I’m just picking up an item. I asked him where to pick up online orders and he looked directly at me and walked away. Then a few minutes later I see him walking to his red car and leaves. Wow, no acknowledgment or anything. Bad experience here
